||Laurens POV||

Steph 11 am
Please mercy talk to me

This girl keeps texting mercy.  Should I interfere or no? Yes.

Me 11:02 am
Erm this is mercy's girlfriend and I don't like you texting her after what you did to her.

I was surprisingly nice to her? The person that cause my mercy so much pain?

Steph 11:04
And what gives you the fucking right to be on her phone? Do you not trust her?!

Me 11:05
Wow. Of course I trust her. She is my everything. I was in a dark world and she brought the light into it.

I set her phone down I feel I could blow any minute

"What's wrong?" The familiar soothing voice echoes in my ears
"Nothing, well okay something. Please don't get mad, she just wouldn't stop fucking texting you and she hurt you and"
"Shh no no it's okay. Babe c'mere" she says pulling me into a hug

I didn't realize it until now but I'm crying? Why?

"I don't know why I'm crying" I sniffle out
"It might be because you care so much for me but you can't do anything about my past and that hurts you. I know how that feels. And I'm here always" mercy says quietly

I don't say anything else. I just stay in the younger girls arms. That's all I do. And that's all I wanna do.

||Mercy's POV||

I'm just holding Lauren and I look at her sobbing body. God she is just beautiful.

"You're beautiful you know that?" I say
"Mercy" she says smiling at me
"Yes lovely?"
"Stahp" she says
"Never" I smile at her

I tuck a loose strand of hair behind her ear

"Why'd you do that?" She asks
"Because it was hiding you're beauty from me and I didn't like that" I say smiling
"Dork"
"Only yours jauregui" I look at her blushing face

She just rolls her eyes at me trying not to care at all. And this is just the best moment ever I get a call?

"Hello?" I ask
"Yes is this mercy boebi hills?" The man asks
"Erm yes? Who is asking?" I say
"Hi. I'm mister John and it seems as if your parents Stevie Boebi and Allison Hills have been in a car accident and we need you to come to the hospital as soon as you can please" he says

I freeze. Unable to move anything or say anything. Lauren gives me a confused look.

"Erm o-o-of course sir. I-I-I will b-b-be there a-a-as soon as p-p-p-possible" I stutter

He hangs up and I'm still frozen. I guess I haven't noticed but I'm crying. I feel a pair of arms wrap around me.

"What happened?" She shyly asks
"We need to g-g-g-go to the h-h-hospital" I stutter
"Okay" she quietly says

We get in the car and Lauren has my hand in hers the whole time. God what if they die? What if what if what if?

They're dead my thoughts tell me.
They won't make it. They are going to die. They never loved you anyways.
