Chapter twenty two

||mercy's POV||

"So what do you want to do?" Lauren asks me whilst the other girls look at me for the answer
"Erm I don't know what can we do?" I ask
"We can go out to eat. Go sight seeing, go to the mall, go to a park, go to the beach, anything babe" Lauren smiles, which causes me to smile as well.

"Awh you called her babe!" Dinah squeals

Normani just rolls her eyes and I giggle a bit. It seems like Camila is texting someone shes not in this convo at all.

"Beach?" I ask
"Yeah we could go to a beach. Right guys?" They all said yes except camz
"Camz?" Lauren asks
"Oh uh yeah a beach sounds good" she stutters
"Are you okay?" Lauren asks
"Yep I'm great" Camila says
"Okay" Lauren says

I wonder why Camila is so jumpy?Lauren pulls me to the car while the rest of the girls follow behind.

Steph 3:30 pm
YOURE DATING LAUREN JAUREGUI!! WHAT THE FUCK

I sigh

"Mhm?" Lauren says
"Nothing just my annoying ex again" I say
"Remember you're my miss moving on. Key word my" she says

The rest of the girls finally get in the car and Ally is driving.

"So this beach. Where is it at?" I ask
"You'll see" Lauren smiles
"God babe. Secrets" I groan

Dinah just squeals again

"Mo jauregui!" Dinah squeals
"What?" I ask
"Lauren and mercy didn't sound right so I did lo and mercy. Mo jauregui!" She squeals
"Oh my lord" I say
"Tell me about it" Normani laughs

This is great. We finally Arrive at the beach. I get out having to stop cuddling Lauren. Sadly.

"Wow" I say
"Breath taking isn't it?" Lauren asks
"Not as much as you" I smirk
"Shut up" she laughs

Camila finally has put her phone down to see this view.

"Wow" she whispers to herself
"Pretty right?" I ask her
"Very pretty" she says

The rest of the girls walk down to the water leaving me and Camila

"So what's going on with Shawn?" I ask Her eyes go wide
"What Uhm what do you mean?" She stutters
"Come on Camila your like a book" I joke
"Well he's just I don't know. He's been distant and secretive and it's scaring me" she says
"Hey it's gonna be okay, now let's go have fun." I say
"Okay" she smiles

We walk to catch up with the rest of the girls. I hug Lauren from behind I unlatch so she can walk properly and so I can too. I walk next to her and she looks at me and smiles

"What?" I ask
"Can you hold this?" She asks holding up her hand
"Cheesy Lauren just cheesy" I say holding her hand anyways
"Looks like norminah already had that idea" I point out them holding hands before us Lauren giggles We walk the beach for a while.

"Hey I'm ready to go" Camila says
"Same" Dinah agrees
"Okay let's go" ally says

We get in this car and we get dropped off first.

"Bye guys" me and lauren say
"Bye" they all say

I walk up to Lauren's flat with her. She opens the door. I go in and sit in the couch

"So Netflix and chi-"
"Don't even finish that sentence jauregui" I smile
"Chill" she smirks
"Sure we Can Netflix but no chilling" I smile and She whines

"No lo" I laugh now
"Fine" she pouts
"What do you want to watch?" She asks
"I don't know" I say
"How about a Disney movie?" She asks
"Sure which one?"
"Lilo and stitch?" She asks
"Yes that would be a good one" I say

By the time The movie is over its 10:30 pm

"Tired?" I ask
"No you?" She asks
"Just a little" I admit
"Cuddle?"
"Sure"

She grabs my hand and pulls me to her room. She turns off the big light but turns on her lamp. I get in bed first. Then she Does. She pulls me close to her chest and that's when it hit me. Lauren jauregui likes me. And I like her. And we are dating.
I snuggle closer and I can smell her perfume. God she is amazing. And mine. She holds me securely which I'm not complaining at all. It's amazing. Then I feel my eyes getting heavier

"Goodnight love" I say

No response

"Goodnight lovely. Have the best dreams. Cause I know I will" she whispers thinking I'm asleep

I fall asleep happy.
