Today is March third, 2017. Camila turns 18 (a/n she's actually twenty as we all know but in the book she is 18, same with Lauren, Lauren will turn 19 in this book. But back to the story lmao)
Lauren and I will be heading over to Camila's flat later on today to surprise her. I genuinely can't believe that little girl from x-factor is now 18. I walk over to Lauren and put my hands on her waist, she turns around and smiles at me.
"Camila is eighteen today" I smile
"She is" Lauren says
I nod, letting go of her to walk to the kitchen to grab Camila's presents.
"What should we do tonight?" I ask
"Drink"
"Lauren that's when you're twenty-one you freaking doof" I giggle
"Fine, fine" She smiles
"I think we should actually throw a party" I say
"Really? Do you think Camz would actually be okay with that?" Lauren asks
"I mean Camila was never a party person, knowing from past interviews. But I think it would be okay if we were there you know?" I say
"True" Lauren nods
We get ready for the party, Lauren puts on a tight crop-top that shows her abs. I literally die. She smiles at me and my heart skips about 25 beats. She puts on some ripped-black-skinny jeans and some high top converse. I decide to go a little revealing as well. I put on a "Love me the way you do" crop top with some blue skinny jeans, also ripped. I put on my red vans and smile at myself in the mirror. Lauren looks at me and she walks right up to me and puts her hands around me. She kisses my neck and I swear I just melted.
"God you are beautiful" She husks out
"Thank you babe" I smile at her
"Shall we go?" Lauren asks
"We shall" I nod smiling
We get in our car and head to Camila's flat and call Norminah (Dinah and Normani) and Sally (Scott and ally) We tell them to meet us at Camila's house to surprise her. I smile to myself. I've known these five girls since they were sixteen on the x-factor. Now here I am dating Lauren Jauregui and I've made friends for life. I never thought this would ever happen to me. I mean I used to be so sad and just depressed. I was alive but I wasn't living. Now here I am living life everyday. Making everything count, no regrets. I smile at Lauren while she drives. She's stunning.
We get to Camila's flat and knock on her door. Lauren and I wait for her to open the door. It opens to a stunning Camila.
"I figured you guys were gonna show up" She smiles hands motioning us in
"Happy birthday Camila" I smile at her
"Thank you Merc" She smiles pulling me in for a much needed hug with the older girl.
"Happy Birthday Camz" Lauren smiles at the Latina
"Thank you Lolo" she hugs Lauren as well
"I love you so much Camila, do you know that?" I smile
"Yes I do" She giggles, "I love you too" She smiles
"You were just always there for me when I had no one else, you really helped me" I say
"I'm honored" She smiles at me nudging me in the shoulder
In about thirty minutes Norminah and Sally show up and give birthday wishes to the Latina.
"The old gang is back together" Scott smiles as we sit in our little circle
"It is" Camila smiles at us, "Thank you guys so much" She says
"You ready for the tour soon?" Dinah asks
"I'm always ready for the tour" Camila says
"What about you Mercy are you ready?" Normani asks
"Well, I am but i'm not. Like you guys have millions of fans and it's a little overwhelming sometimes" I say
"True, but I swear if any of them touch you or hurt you I will literally beat there asses so hard" Lauren says
"Lauren you couldn't hurt a fly" Ally giggles
"Not true! Remember that one time I knocked a guy out!" She says folding her arms
"Yeah" Normani giggles "On accident, then you went to your bunk and cried for like three hours"
We all giggle
"Okay fine" Lauren says, "But I will be very mad and give you fifteen million cuddles" Lauren nods
"Okay sounds good babe" I smile at her
"Whipped" Dinah coughs
"Says you" I laugh
"What are you even talking about?" Dinah glares at me
"Hey baby? Can you go get me a glass of water my throat feels parched" Normani smirks
"Well of course babygirl" Dinah smiles
"Whipped" I smile at Dinah and she glares at me.
We've all decided to bail on the party idea because we just want to hang with the old crew. We missed each other. I didn't realize it till now but I honestly missed all of them so freaking much.
We spend the rest of the night laughing and hanging out with each other. I think I actually am ready for tour. If every night is like this sign me up.
