He ruffled my hair

"Get some sleep kid-o"he said,I nodde and laid down on the be in the corner,I looked at Merle one last time before closing my eyes and drifting into a sleep

I woke up to talking,I looked around ad saw Merle talking to Daryl threw the bars,Daryl looked my way seeing I was awake and walke away,Merle looked over and smiled walking over to me,I sat up and rubbed my face as he sat beside me

"Sleep good baby girl?"

"Yeah did you sleep any?"I ask

"No thought I'd stay awake"

"You should sleep than"I say standing .up,he looked at me as nodded,he laid down facing his back to me,I soon heard his soft snores knowing he was asleep, I saw Rick coming down the stairs

"Rick"I say walking to the bars,he looked at me shocked,I pulled my gun out along with my knifes and anything else I had,I handed them all to him

"I wouldn't hurt you people but just so you know that,..here"I say,he looke shocked that I even had this stuff,he took them and sat them on a table before nodding to me,I walked over and sat done on the ground where I was drawing yesterday and grabbed the marker drawing agin,I started a picture of a world with no damage done, a perfect world.I looked up at the sound of a baby crying,I saw a young girl coming done the steps with a baby in her hands,she sat down at th table in frog of my and Merle's 'cell',

"What's her name"I ask standing up walking to the bars

"Judith,I'm Beth"

"Sam,are you her mom?"

"Haha no just more like a nanny or babysitter"

"Oh"I say "where's Rick"I say

"I think talking to Daryl and Glenn outside"

"Ok thanks"I say and I sit back down,if there was anything that I could do I wanted to help I guess I could at least earn my keep,I saw Rick coming in the hall

"Daryl Tdog and Glenn could go"he said

"We're gonna need another person to hard to do thing odd numbered"Daryl said

"Ill go"I say "gotta earn my keep"I say walking to the bars,Rick pondered for a second and came over to me

"Alright fine but if anything happens to them your out"he said opening the cell and closing it back once I was out,Rick gave me my gun and knifes back

"Ok than follow us"Glenn said,I nodded and walked out with them,we got outside Glenn Tdog got in the car and Daryl was ridding his motorcycle so I got in the car,I sat in the middle of the back looking at the road ahead of me

"So kid got any family?"Tdog aske

"Merle"I say,they both look at each other

"Any real family?"

"Merle is real"I say giggling "no I was an orphan I never had a family but when Merle found me it was like he adopted me so he's my dad now"i say smiling,he just nodded

"Why don't you guys like Merle?"I ask

"He was just an ass to everyone"Glenn said,

"Oh"I say,before I knew it the car rolled to a stop and we where at small buildings lined together,

"What all do we need"I say getting out

"Formula,cloths,food,guns if we can find any"Glenn stated,I nodded and grabbed my biggest knife holding it in my hand

"Daryl with t,Sam with me?"Glenn suggested

"Alright fine meet back he in two hours"Daryl said as him and Tdog went in a building,

"Lets go"Glenn said,I nodded and followed him into a small building,Glenn opened the door quietly,I walked in with my knife up,I saw nothing so I put it in my pocket,I found a duffle bag and started filling it with formula and cloths also a few cans of food I found,after my bag was full I started looking for Glenn

"Glenn.."I say,I heard nothing but a moan,I started looking around,I heard the moan agin I turned around to see a biter reaching and moaning I reached for my knife but the biter pushed me down making my knife stab into me,I screamed in pain,the biter snapped at me,I held it away with one arm te other reaching for my gun,I quickly pulled it out shooting the biter in the head,when it fell limp I pushed it off

"Sam!? You ok"

"Um y-yeah I'm fine"I say standing up,felling pain shoot threw my body from my leg,I limped over to where Glenn stud in the door

"Where the hell have you been?!"I say

"I had to take my bag to the car"I rolled my eyes

"Better be glad Merle wasn't here"I say handing him my bag and,I started limping out to the car

"What the hell happened?!"Daryl said

"Where you bit?"Tdog said pointing to my leg that was now covered in blood with a knife sticking out

"No just an incident with a knife is all I say i started limping back to the car

"Where are you going?"Glenn asked

"I just used a gun I'm not sticking around much longer!"I say getting in the car,they all shared glances before rushing to the car,the pain in my leg was getting worse and I was losing alot of blood,my shorts where ruined

"Hey stay with with us"t-dog said waving a hand in,I realized my eyes where getting heavy,and soon they closed and I could open them
