Having played hockey when I was younger, I could actually skate. But that wasn't the case for everyone.

Zoella was on the ice, but held a firm grip to the side of the rink or was crawling on her hands and knees. It was quite funny actually.

Reida though, had it much worse. She refused to even come on to the ice. We had all spent time trying to coax her to come on, but she wouldn't have it.

Eventually, Mike convinced Zoella to let go of the wall, but now she had a death grip on his arm. Michael didn't seem to mind however, I think he was enjoying helping her.

As I was smiling from watching Mike and Zoella, some kids skated by me and cut me off, causing me to fall flat on my face. I don't think their intention was to make me fall, they were just a group of kids having fun and in their own world.

I sat on the ice and readjusted my beanie before getting ready to get up. As I look up, I see a hand in my face.

"Need some help? He says with a smirk.

"Um yeah thanks" I say embarrassed. I didn't think anyone had seen me fall.

I put my mitted hand in Luke's and he helps me up.

"Quite a fall yea?" He asks me.

"Yeah and my feet are kind of cold, I'm just going to go sit for a bit" I tell him.

"Cool, I'll come with you" he says and we skate over to the canteen.

I order a hot apple cider and Luke orders a hot chocolate and a hot dog.

I'm about to pull out my wallet to pay, but Luke stops me.

"No it's ok, I've got this one" he says handing the cashier a 10.

"Luke you really didn't have to do that, it was one apple cider, I could have payed it myself" I tell him. I really hate it when people pay for me, I hating having to owe people.

"Nah it's fine, really, I don't mind" he says winking at me as we sit down on a bench.

"Only this time though, and I owe you!" I tell him.

"It's a deal" he says, chuckling.

As I sip my apple cider, I observe our friends on the ice. Were they my friends? I guess so , well I considered them as friends at least. Not sure if the feeling was completely mutual for everyone.

Michael is still guiding Zoella around the ice and she actually has her eyes open now. Cal seems to have coaxed Reida onto the ice, even though she is only crawling and Ashton is skating alone, but is watching me and Luke on the bench. I give him a small wave, and he waves back but glares at Luke right after.

"What's up with Ashton?" I ask to Luke.

Luke looks down into his hot chocolate and says " I don't know, he's been staring at us ever since I helped you up" . He just shrugs it off though.

After a while of sitting on the bench and laughing with Luke, Ash decides to come over and see us.

"Sure is cold out there on the ice yeah?" He says while sitting down between Luke and I.

"Yeah, that's why we decided to come over and get hot drinks." I say.

"Hmm." Is all Ash says in response.

"Well, I'm gonna go back on." Luke tells us, grinning with his red cheeks and beanie and ruffled hair. this boy truly was good looking. I felt self-conscious just being near him because he actually had good looks. All of the boys do. Fuck people who are good looking. I'm so jealous.

"Don't need to narrate everything." Ashton muttered under his breath, jut loud enough for us to hear.

"Um ok?" Luke said while skating away.

"That was rude. What was that for?" I said, slightly annoyed with Ashton's attitude.

"Never mind, forget it ." he says to me, smiling.

We're done skating at about 3 ish. The car ride back is mostly everyone just talking and laughing about today's events. I mostly just stare out the window and am in my own thoughts on the way home though.

We all end up at Ashton's though, deciding which movie to watch. We decide on shutter Island. I'm super excited to watch it, even though I've already seen it. But Leonardo Dicaprio is such a babe! 

Mikey and Zoella are cuddled up on the couch together, I guess something happened today at the rink that I was unaware of. But Mikey deserves someone good and him and Zoe seem to get along really well.

Cal is beside Reida, there's only centimeters separating them. Finally, Luke is on the single couch and I am leaned up against the front of it, beside Ashton.

During the movie, I notice Cal try to casually put his arm around Reida. At first she gives him a weird look, but ends up snuggling into his chest. Cute, really.

Even though I've seen this movie multiple times, it still gives me anxiety from the suspense of when Teddy (Leo) is looking for the prisoner who escaped. I gasp when he jumps out.

I feel Luke put both his hands on my shoulders and start to rub them.

" shh, it's ok" he says. It actually feels quite nice the way he rubs my shoulders.

I notice Ashton get closer to me after Luke does this. Weird.

Since it is a Sunday and a school night after all, I go home right after the movie. When's get home it's about 7ish. I'm so tired and still have a chill from skating so I just take a relaxing bath to end my day.
