As we pulled into a parking spot on the Del Perro pier. 2 of our jurors are on Vespucci Beach; one on the pier and one in the sand below.

Athena hasn't said a thing the whole ride from the strip club to this spot, and once I put the car in park, I turned to her and she began to speak.

"We are going to find him."

I didn't know exactly what to say. I hate lying to people, especially Athena. But in order to protect Michael, I have to. Michael proved his friendship to me and I wouldn't throw him under the bus, so I continued the lie without complicating it.

I consoled her. "Why would you think we wouldn't?"

"I- I don't think we won't. I know we will, I just..." she looked for the words. And quickly said "I just need the whole team on board. Lester was avoiding it by planning this bullshit."

I patted her leg and unclipped her seatbelt. "You get in the driver's seat, be ready to floor it down the pier. Stay here and keep an ear out for a gunshot. Then be ready for me."

"Okay Trevor, be careful."

I then walked with my sniper in my arms to line up my shot. Athena texted me the picture of the man. He had dark hair and a bushy beard. After I took the shot, I peered around the corner and saw my other target. An older woman with a sling on her arm. I rolled a hand grenade in her general direction, and booked it to the truck. Athena sat nervously. I climbed in and whipped my body around, "No one saw me, lets go."

"Yes, Sir." She hit the gas and we sped away.

"Do you know where the marina is?" I asked while inspecting my gun.

She looked around nervously. "Yes, is that next?"

"Yeah, they are getting ready to leave in their boat so I am gonna use the sniper again."

As we pulled into the marina parking lot, she pulled into a spot along the curb near the railings above the water. I hit behind a bush and aimed my gun. As I shot the juror, Athena screamed, as loud as the others on the boat. The man's body fell into the water, and the whole marina went into a panic.

I jumped back into the car. "Go, Now."

She nodded and sped away. She pulled us over in an ally. She looked scared, completely pale. "Uh... Athena?"

"I need a second, Trevor."

"Are you okay? I mean are you not better with the whole-"

"Murder? Who can be okay with murdering innocent unarmed people? I am fucked up, my love but I can't shoot a person. Not again."

"Did I ask you to?"

"You were gonna! That man... his wife and children...."

"How do you know those were his children? Maybe he kidnapped them! And that woman was his accomplice. They were child molesters."

"You can't say that." She looked hurt. "I wanna go home."

I took the wheel and drove us to the strip club. I offered to carry her, but she insisted on walking. We entered through the back entrance and Lester was sitting at my computer.

"That is my chair." I demanded his to move.

"I am crippled you fuckhead. That was too fast for 12 people. What happened?"

"Athena needed to take a shit." I looked at her. She didn't look amused. "Not really, we just had an incident."

"I can't hurt these people, Lester. They didn't do anything wrong."

"Not yet, Athena." Lester added. "They didn't do anything yet. They would take a large sum of money if they ruled in favor of Burger Shot. And they would take it to the bank."

"Who says that they would?"

"We have all done crazy things for money, Athena." I stated, and rested my hands on her shoulders.

She looked desperately into my eyes. "But none of us are even fit to get jury duty. You don't think twice about the people you kill."

"What about busting out Brad? You know how many people are going to be killed in that job? Countless. Or we all will get killed. If you aren't up for all the kills this will take, maybe we shouldn't go through with it." Lester said calmly.

"No. We are busting Uncle Brad out. I just...." Her eyes filled with tears, and I pulled her close to me. And she spoke softly, "Find him."
