I stood outside the trailer near the garage, once I knew Trevor and Ron couldn't hear me, I dialed Lester's number and called him.

He answered but saying hello, but I could tell he was typing away with his phone on speaker.

"Lester, I am in Sandy Shores."

"I know, Athena."

"Wait, how do you..."

"I have a tracker on your phone. As well as my car. Which I can see is in LS and you are not."

"Yeah, you see. What happened was-"

"No time for excuses, get back here."

I looked around the dusty roads of Blaine County. "I'm a little busy at the moment but I will get there as soon as possible. Is it urgent?"

"We need to talk Athena. In person."

I hung up and entered the trailer where Ron and Trevor were whisper fighting.

Trevor growled under his breath, "Another word and you're fucking dead."

"Anther word about what?"

"Nothing." Trevor growled and immediately his face softened. "Sorry, doll face, Ron was just leaving."

"Uh... yes. Nice meeting you, Athena." Ron paced quickly out the door, nodding at me as he left.

"Lester sounded shady on the phone and said we need to talk. I assume he found Brad."

"That's great! Tell him we will be up in a few days-"

"Now. We go now."

"Listen doll face I came here to take care of some things. I can't leave yet."

"Well, I'll go by myself then." I started to walk toward the door, but he mumbled something under his breath witch caused me to turn around. "What, Trevor? What is wrong now? Its like you don't care about Uncle Brad."

"Athena... I didn't say that."

"Something is very fucking shady about this. Lester is acting shadier that usual... Michael was being a dick about it. You get all awkward about it... I don't know Ron very well, but he seemed nervous about the subject. What the fuck is going on? Is there something to hide?"

"No, babe. Nothing to hide."

"Then tell me what is going on." He looked at me, and then looked away. We stood in silence, my hand still on the door knob, the other hand on my hip. Suddenly, the door was pulled open, and I moved quickly to see who it was. It was Ron again, who looked nervous.

"I mean look at him."

"Ron? Ron is always nervous." Trevor smiled when he saw Ron. "Back again so soon, friend."

"I just realized I neglected to tell you, boss, that Cletus asked if you could stop by as soon as you could."

"Ah, I should do that." Trevor turned to me. "You don't go anywhere."

"Okay, T. I'll miss you."

He nodded and left. I counted to ten silently before approaching Ron.

"So Ron, what do you do to help with Trevor's business while he's in the city?"

"Pretty much all of the work is put on me when Trevor isn't here. I set up drop offs with our contacts, I dispatch our men to pick up the shipments and deliver them to the clients."

"Listen Ron, you seem like a smart guy. And you must not be a tool since Trevor keeps you around. You see, Ron. I really like T. Like a lot a lot." I paced the trailer. "You and I both know that Trevor can be protective of his friends. Like that Wade guy, right?"

"Right. Trevor loves Wade, and wouldn't let anything happen to him. He's like that with everyone that is really important to him. Do you think you are important to him?"

"Don't change the subject. But yeah, I do think I am important to him. And he means everything to me. That's why if there is something that I knew that might hurt Trevor or put one of my other friends at risk, I may not tell them about it to protect them. You agree?"

"Do you know something about Trevor? Should he know about it?"

"No. Just listen." Ron is irritating but his expression on his face is telling me there is something I don't know. But I intend on finding out what it is. "What is he hiding?"

"Trevor wouldn't hide anything from you. He loves you."

"Yeah, yeah. That is bull shit. Wait... He loves me?"
