Tyler meets Everyone

I woke up crying. I was taking deep breaths and Tyler was holding me to his chest. "My mom didn't make me leave you." I whispered putting my hand to his chest. "You made me leave you."

"Wait? Did you just remember what happened?" He asked confused.

"You made me leave you and Lilly. You made me be all alone. I know it hurt you. But it hurt me more. Feeling like you could have come and didn't." I said as I wrapped my arms around him. "You should be the one promising never to leave me. You should be the one saying sorry. I was thirteen I loved you, and... and you made me leave you." I began to cry even more.

"Mary is Tyler hurting you?" Lilly's voice came from behind me.

"No." I whispered. I felt her land on the bed. She slowly moved through me and Tyler's arms and was right next to my face.

"He better not be or I will have to protect you. That wont be very fun." She said as she licked my face. It made me smile so she licked my cheek. I let go of Tyler and Lilly started to fly over us.

"I'm sorry I lied. I wasn't thinking." He said as he sat up. "I was just angry with myself." He looked at me. "How about I meet your friends that you have made."

"Sure." I said as I sat up. "Okay out so I can get dress." I stood up and Tyler then stood up and walked out Lilly flying past him. I put a purple dress on and looked around to try to find my suit case. Then I saw it. I got into the front pocket and pulled out the drawing. I unfolded it and put it on my dresser putting on my power ring. We walked to Avila's house I hoped that Weather and Mika ended up staying at her house. As we got there the three of them were walking out of the house. "Avila. Weather. Mika." I said and they turned around and smiled at me.

"Hey Mary." Avila said back and looked at Tyler. "Hi Jack."

"Hey what are you three going to do today?" I asked curious. Weather opened her mouth to say something but Mika interrupted.

"No." Mika said as she looked at the other two.

"Do you wanna come do something with us?" Avila asked looking at me.

"If he can come." I said as I stood in front of Tyler.

"Yeah of course Jack can come." Weather said not sounding too enthusiastic about it.

"Okay so what were your three thinking about?" I asked smiling.

"We were going to go to lunch. Then we were going to go to a park and hang out." Avila said as she pushed hair out of her face.

"That seems fun." Tyler whispered behind me. I put my hands behind me.

"Where were you going to go to lunch?" I asked as I felt Tyler's warm hand grab one of mine.

"Just to a fast food place down the street. We were going to order out and just take it to the park." Mika said as she turned and started to walk. Weather and Avila turned and started to walk also. So Tyler and I started to follow them. When we got to the fast food place Tyler stayed outside for some reason.

"Okay so wait you two are friends again?" Avila asked with a confused expression on her face.

"Yeah, is there something wrong with that?" I asked as I looked at her.

"No. Just a little confused. You said you two were old friends." Avila said looking back at me.

"Well we became friends again. Do you three not like him or something?" I asked as we stepped into line.

"Well you know what he is." Weather said a little loud.

"So what?" I questioned why they were making a deal out of this.

"Because he is what he is." Weather said as we got to where we order.

"Well I don't care." I said as we all ordered. When we walked out Tyler walked next to me to the park. When we got there at least three kids took off running.

"Sorry." Tyler whispered next to me as he watched the kids running off.

"It's not your fault." I whispered as I looked at him.

"I wonder why kids always run away when we come to the park." Weather said as she walked over to a swing. I walked over and sat on the end of a slide. Tyler came and sat on the ground next to me. I opened the sack and handed Tyler what I got him. It was a cheeseburger and fries and I got a hamburger.

"Thank you." Tyler whispered to me.

"Why all the whispering?" Avila asked as she sat down on a swing next to Weather and, Mika sat in the grass.

"It's not like its something bad." I said as I looked at Avila.

"He was just saying thank you to her. Why didn't you just say that?" Mika asked as she looked at me.

"It's not important to you three." I said smiling. There was ringing and I looked at Tyler to see he was on his phone.

"I have to go. I'll see you later though." He whispered standing up and walking away.

"Well there he goes." Weather said. All the sudden there was the sound of children running and kids had come over and started to play.

"He is really weird." Mika said as she watched him walk away.

"So." I said as I took a bite of my sandwich.

"He's scary." A kid said from behind me.

"No he's not. You just don't know him." I said taking another bite of my sandwich.

"I would agree with the kid. He is scary." Avila said as she finished her food.

"Well he's not mean you just don't know him like I do." I said as I put the rest of my food back in the bag.

"Well he acts like he is scary." Weather said as she looked at me.

"Well he's not. If you keep talking about him I'm just going to leave." I said as I stood up.

"All I said was that he seemed scary." Weather said as she looked at me.

"Okay well I'll see you tomorrow then." I said as I walked away from the park. I looked around and saw Tyler turning a corner. I took off running and caught up with him. "Tyler." I said as I got closer. He looked back and smiled.

"Sorry I left you. It just got awkward and I though it would be okay if I just went to your house." He whispered smiling.

"No its fine I understand. I just wanted to come hang with you." I said smiling.

"Okay you wanna go to my house?" He whispered as he held my hand.
