I was sitting in my fifth period class looking at my desk. I was still wondering how I managed to fall in love with Tyler in two days. Maybe it was the memories maybe the way he treats me. Maybe because I never stopped loving him. The bell rang and I put my stuff in my bag. I stood up and put my bag on. I had three more classes left and then I could go home. Home... I bumped into someone as I wasn't paying attention. "Oh I'm sorry." I said as I came back to real life.
"Oh it's f..." The voice. No it couldn't be. I looked up to see Greg. He stood there glaring down at me.
"Greg you are going to make that pour girl late for class, move." Mrs. Winters said. I looked back and smiled at her. Then I moved past Greg and to my next class. I sat down in my seat for English right as the bell rang. How could he be here. Was he really the same age as me and Tyler. We were all Seniors or was he just here. He hadn't had a bag on, and he wasn't holding any books. I opened my book because Mr. Crow said that we had to read all day today. I looked at the page but couldn't read it. All I could think about were two things Tyler and Greg.
As I walked to my last class Study Hall I stopped at my locker. I didn't even get in it I just leaned on it. My head was spinning and I wanted to just lay down. All the sudden I was grabbed and pulled into a hallway no one was in. I didn't even see a face. They grabbed my shoulders and slammed me against the wall. My shoulder hurt so bad. I opened my eyes to see it was Greg. I guess he must really hate me. "You better stay away from my brother. You already made the two of us grow so apart there isn't anyway to help." Greg spat at me.
"One question are you two twin or something. Or is it that you got held back a year." I said trying to make it seem like I'm not scared. He had moved his hand so I couldn't use magic on him so I was defenseless. "You must be a real bully to be doing this."
"Get the hell off my friend." Mika's voice rang out through the hall as the bell rang.
"What are going to do about it?" Greg question. As Mika got closer her eyes began to grow brighter "Oh great you have a werewolf friend. Just remember what I said." He pushed me back into the wall before taking off running.
"Thanks Mika." I said as I rubbed my shoulder.
"No big deal. But that guy is just trouble. Why was he attacking you anyway." Mika asked as she looked at me.
"I'd rather not say. It might not make the most sense." I said as I grabbed my book up off the ground.
"Really. Because I know he is Jack's brother so if it's because of something you did to Jack it's not like I can't help." Mika stated.
"No nothing like that." I said as we walked out of the hallway then separated to our classes. I walked into my study hall and three students and the teacher turned to me. I walked down the stairs drawing more attention to myself.
"So where were you?" Mr. Peterson asked me as he looked at his text book.
"I'm sorry but I got attacked." I whispered as I looked down at him.
"I'm sorry I don't think I heard you. Did you just say you were attacked?" He asked as he looked up at me. I nodded and he stood up. "Come in the hall." He walked out the door behind him. I followed and he looked down at me. "Who attacked you exactly?"
"His name is Greg." I said as I looked at him.
"Do you mean Greg Heck?" He asked as he looked at me weird.
"Oh hello Mr. Peterson." A voice too familiar not to know who it was. I looked at Greg as he stood smiling at Mr. Peterson.
"Th- that Greg." I said as I backed into the door.
"I'm sorry who are you?" Greg questioned as he looked at me. He's lying I know it. I couldn't have imagined that. Why would I? Oh please help me if Mr. Peterson doesn't believe me I can't do anything. Mr Peterson laughed.
"This Greg. He wouldn't hurt anyone. He is the nicest person I have met. That is horrible to accuse him for that." Mr. Peterson said. I could feel my arms begin to shake and my heart begin to pound. "How about you two stay out here and talk."
"No!" I quickly burst out. "I'm sorry for yelling but I'm not lying. He attacked me. The only reason I'm here talking to you is because my friends Mika helped me."
"Now you two are staying out here to talk." Mr. Peterson said as he took my text books and walked into the room shutting the door hard behind him. Greg looked around before a grin appearing on his face. He lunged at me and I quickly moved out of the way. I took off running to the woman's restroom. As I got in I shut the door and leaned back on it.
'Just my luck a teacher that likes him.' I though as I slid down the door with my hands on my face. Water started to run and I looked over. A teacher stood there looking at me with her hands under water. There was a bang on the door and it pushed me forward. I quickly got to my feet and ran into a stall. The teachers gaze staying on the door.
"Get out of here boy. You don't belong in here. Plus you need to stay away from someone when they don't want to be by you." The teachers voice was threatening and made me feel like she was going to yell at me. I took a deep breath as I sat on the cold ground. My head hurt and felt like it was pounding. The door opened and I flinched. The teacher looked at me worried. I stood up and looked at her.
"Thank you." I said not knowing if I should hug her.
"Your welcome." She said as she turned and walked away.
"Wait can you walk me back to my class I don't want him to come after me again. Please." I begged as I grabbed her arm.
"Yeah." She said as she smiled at me. As we walked back to my study hall I saw Greg standing in the hallway. The teacher came in and said that a boy had chased me into the bathroom. Mr. Peterson was confused and suspicious. A little later the bell rang and everyone started to leave. I grabbed my books and went to my locker and put my books in. Then I grabbed my shoulder bag and put it on. I took a deep breath and shut my locker. I looked over and Sue was standing there. I twitched taking a step back.
"Oh sorry just a little on edge today." I said as I smiled at her.
"Okay. I just wanted to say hi. And bye. I'm moving." Sue said as her eyes flickered from the ground to me.
"Really I'm going to miss you. I haven't known you for long but still." I said giving her a hug.
"I know." She said hugging me back. "I'm leaving tonight. Maybe we'll see each other again."
"Hopefully." I said as we took a step back from each other. "Say bye to your brother for me." We smiled at each other hugging one more time before going our separate ways. I went home and put my bag on my bed then laid down. I felt like I was going to fall asleep. The door bell ran. I forced myself to get off my bed and go to the door. When I opened it a certain seventeen year old pushed in shutting the door.
