I stepped out of the shower 10 minutes later. I saw a fresh set of clothes on the counter. Someone knocked on the door, "Its Cory." I looked at her and she's had a bag full of supplies. She opened up two boxes, "Your sword," she gave me a tampon. "And your shield." she handed me a pad. "You only have to use one of them. If you plan on doing anything I would go for the sword." she said. I couldn't help but smile at her. She smiled back and left. 
15 minutes later
I walked out of the restroom and downstairs. when I got down there the boys all looked up. I stared at them for a second then walked into the kitchen. I went to the refrigerator, also known as heaven. I bent over to look for food and someone smacked my butt. God, I'm so tired of Dallas's childish games! I turn around, it was Darry.
"What was that for?" I whined. "Because you scared me half to death." He said with a grin.

I grabbed a piece of cake a went and sat on the couch. I lifted the cake to my mouth only to have it stolen. I looked up to see Steve smiling. "Hey cake buddie!" he said. I was deciding if I should be super pissed or over dramatic. I felt my lip quiver. Over dramatic it is then.

I felt my eyes welling up. Steve's grin soon vanished. "What did I do?" He asked. Soda looked at me along with the other boys. I started sniffling, "Where is Ponyboy?" I asked quietly. I pulled my legs close to my chest. I felt the couch sink in next to me. I felt someone rap there arms around me. I leaned in but I smell the strong sent of smoke and bad cologne. I looked up to see Dally. I jumped and scrambled out of his arms. The boys looked at me like I was crazy. I jumped over the couch and ran out of the house. I ran to my favorite place...the lot.

I got on the swings. Ponyboy and I used to come here all the time after school. I sat there quietly, then I heard footsteps. I reached for my switchblade in my back pocket.....it gone! Dear Lord....SAVE ME!

I turned around to see my rival. "Jordan?" it was Johnny. I studied him. He looked nervous, shy and yet at the same time confident. That's sexy. "Yeah?" I said standing still. "Are you okay?" He said walking a little closer. He was pretty close now and I wanted him closer. Wait? What?! Dude control your self. This is Pony's best friend and pretty much family. "I guess." I said looking down at my converse.

We started to walk in a random direction. I wish I could tell him how I feel. But I can't. I'm scared of rejection. I know it sounds silly but that is only one out of many of my insecurities.

Johnny was about to say something until and blue corvair came out of no where. It pulled up next to us. "What is a broad like you doing with trash like that." one of the socs said. I grabbed Johnny's hand and ran. I ran faster than Pony and I surprised Johnny could keep up. I ran down random alleys; then we came to a dead end. A fence was blocking our way. The car blocked the other way. "Please leave us alone." I begged, I felt tears on the brim of my eyes. "I'm sorry I can't do that honey. I have just got to have you." The tall one said. I guess we were lucky it was two against two. "I mean I can't help myself. I have to take your virginity." I felt Johnny's grip tighten on my hand. I wanted to break down in tears but I had to stay strong.

Johnny pulled me into him and whispered into my ear, "I have an extra switchblade in my pocket. When I give it to you, stab one in the leg. You need to climb over the fence and run." He kissed my forehead. He handed me the blade. I charged at one of them. I stabbed him but he had slugged me a few times. I kicked his face and climbed over the fence. Johnny somehow managed to beat the other one to a pulp and climbed over the fence not to long after I did.

He grabbed my hand and we ran as far and fast as we could. We stopped when we got to the lot. I sat down because of how tired I was. Johnny sat down, but pulled me into his lap. I snuggled my head into his chest as we watched the sunset. "That sure is pretty." I said breaking the silence. "Not nearly pretty as you." he said looking down at me. I felt me face heat up. I was nervous so I changed the subject. "Johnny what happened to you forehead?" I said looking at it. "It's nothing. I'm fine." he said. "Who did this?" I asked worried it was the socs. "My parents." he said with a sad voice. I looked him in the eye, "Do you wanna talk about it?" "No, but you know what I wanna do?" he said looking me dead in the eye. "What?" I asked softly. "This." he pulled me in and kissed me. I was shocked so I didn't kiss back. "I'm sorry I shouldn't-" I grabbed him by his jean jacket and kissed him. He kissed me back immediately. We had a good make out session for about fifteen minutes, I till I broke away gasping for air. Johnny helped me up and we walked to his home hand in hand.

When we got there his parents were fighting, again. "Just come to my house." I said softly. I pulled him into a long hug. I kissed him and walked back to my house. We walked in the door and we still held hands. The gang looked up and saw our hands. Someone whistled. "Eat your heart out." I said and pulled Johnny up to the cellar. I've never let any boys up here besides Ponyboy.

I laid down on my bed. Johnny came and laid next to me. I told him to take his jacket off because it feels weird when you have jacket on in your sleep. I laid there and stared at him. What a sight! I kissed his nose and rolled over to sleep. As I was drifting off I heard a faint, "I love you."
