I wake up to the suns bright rays cramping through the small windows of our tent. Morning is definitely my least favorite part of the day, but not on this camping trip. I'm pretty sure the guys said in the beginning of the week that on the last day, we would go hiking and that should be fun. Well, hiking isn't really my definition of "fun" but hiking with Niall is. That remind me of how perfect last night was, again.
I guess it was the one situation where being clumsy actually helped me, because it lead me right into Niall's arms. And then that kiss, it was indescribable. It was unlike any other kiss I have ever had before, and I couldn't be happier. And when he said we would continue getting together after this trip, my heart literally skipped a beat. I hate being all cheesy and corny, but it's so true.
I'm so exited to see him now, so I need to get El up. I swear, all that girl does is sleep. Luckily, she's fairly easy to wake up so all I have to do is shake her and she'll be awake.
"Eleanorrrr wake upppp." I say in a sing-songy voice.
"Mmmmhmmmm." She replies as she stretches her arms and legs, then sits up.
"Morninggggg!!" I say, a little too excitedly for this time of the morning.
"Well someone's in a good mood. Oh wait, it's because of last night, isn't it?" She grins as she wiggles her eyebrows.
"Um... Maybe..." Is all I'm able to get out considering the amount of redness on my cheeks.
"Don't worry, I already know. You didn't really think that you could keep anything from me, could you?" She smirks.
I reply with a simple shake of my head, not knowing what else to do.
"That's what I thought, and also, I talked to Louis yesterday..." Oh no, this can't be good.
"He said that he talked to Niall about you. From what he says, Niall likes you like a lot. Louis said that he couldn't stop talking about how perfect you are, and how much he likes you. Louis claims that his face lights up when he talks about you and that he's never seen him like someone the way he likes you. Oh and also, he's going to ask you to be his girlfriend. I don't know when though." She rambles.
He's going to ask me to be his girlfriend? I mean I really, really like him, but I just met him a couple days ago. Are we taking this too fast? My mind is so jumbled up with all of these thoughts that I can't even reply to Eleanor.
"Are you okay? You seem a little... Conflicted." It's like she can read my mind. I mean I like Niall, a lot, but are we taking this too fast?
"I'm fine." I say in a slight whisper, unable to speak my thoughts.
"No, you're not. Now tell me what's wrong." She says in a very motherly way.
"Well... Do you think we're taking this too fast? I mean we just met and now he wants to ask me out? I mean I like him, like really like him, but I don't know if we should slow it down or not, you know?" I tell her as well as I can.
"In my opinion, I don't think you're taking it too fast. I can tell by the way you look at each other that you're meant to be. There's something between you that's indescribable. If you think you're taking it too fast, just tell him, he'll understand. I bet you all the money in the world he would be willing to wait for you. So it's your call in the end, but that's just what I think." She says.
I guess she's right, we do have something special. And I really like him. So maybe I will say yes... But then again I don't even know why I'm worrying about this because he doesn't even know when he's planning on asking me. So for now, I'm going to try not to over think it.
