"What the hell happened?" Dad's voice was firm yet breaking at the same time.

"Dyl-"

Falcon cuts me off. "Dylan's alive, but he didn't do this, Allie did."

The blank stares I get come from everyone.

"Allie, wh-why?" Iggy stutters.

"It was an accident, I swear I thought it was Ella." My voice trails off as I realize who I'm talking to.

More blank stares.

"When I was kidnapped, Ella came into my room to tighten my restraints, she didn't say anything, just came and left."

"It can't have been Ella." Angel states plainly.

"I've been 'overhearing' some of her thought lately and they are as they always have been."

Maybe it wasn't Ella. No, no it was. I saw her figure, my gift has never screwed me over.

"No time for any of that, we have to help Max." Dad chimes in.

Everything is a blur, it happens fast.

Max is laid down on her bed. People, I don't know who, come in and check her wounds.

"She's in a coma, and it doesn't seem like she's coming out of it anytime soon.

"The severe trauma to her head was left bleeding for far too long."

Nobody says anything. The idea of losing her again is impossible, she just came back.

"Max- mom, if you can hear me, please come back, please we need you. I need you." I don't think Falcon has stopped crying once.

The sun is rising. So much has happened I didn't realize it's almost morning.

The orange yellow sun rises over the horizon, spreading colors all over the sky.

Falcon joins me on the balcony, to watch the sun rise.

"How's mom?"

"She's, uh, she's still breathing."

"You know what we have to do right?"

"Yeah."

We have to go and kill Dylan, for good this time.

How? We have no idea. Just that it has to be done.
