Chapter 16:Racing Adventures

                             IMPORTANT

I know I said I was going to update Wednesday but sadly I got sick. And by sick I mean I got a horrible migraine. Every time I get a migraine I throw up and the migraine doesn't stop until I fall asleep,so...I couldn't update cause I was throwing up and with the massive headache.
But...here you go!

We had been driving around mindlessly for around fifteen minutes and the cotton candy was long gone.

-"Were do we go next?" Asked Bonny,obviously tired of driving without destination.

Right now we were in a small dirt road in the middle of the woods. I've heard that some teenagers come here and have like some secret parties were they do stuff that illegal in the eyes of the Bourbon Council but not so much in the Grolsh Council,over there it's just nonsense to distract yourself.

I think it's in some clearing around here...aha! I know were it is!

-"I know where we're going"I gave her a wicked smile.

-"Should I be worried" she said,a little insecure.

-"Maybe" I shrugged and started giving her directions.

We arrived.

Where? Well,just at the clandestine witch racing track.

I have just been here like around three times but never to race.

-"What are we doing here Jade?" said Bonny,a little panic in her tone.

I shifted in my seat so I was looking straight at her "We are gonna race" I said with a huge smile.

-"What!" she screeched "my car isn't built for racing! It's old and rusty!" She was starting to hyperventilate "Look at those cars! There shiny,fast and new! Everything that this car is not!"

-"Calm down,we are going to upgrade it with magic" I said as I snapped my fingers and sparks came out of it.

-"Oh,yeah sure that makes it all better"

-"Really?" I must say I was surprised. Wait a minute..."Was that sarcasm?"

-"Well,duh! You know I get nervous around fast cars!"

-"Technically I didn't"

-"Well,you should have assumed it!"

-"I did,that's why I'm gonna drive it and you're gonna be in the passenger seat" I said in a duh tone.

-"My parents will kill me if just a scratch is in this car Jade! I know the car is mine but my parents pay for it and any damages I can't just upgrade it,then race with it and bring it back home! My parents will-"I cut her off. 

-"Shut up you're rambling! Relax girl,after the race is done,we will un-upgrade it and it will be home safe and sound."

-"I have a curfew" what a lame excuse.
