Is anyone even reading this,
I understand if you're not. My consistency as a writer is cringe worthy

Jason had been sitting on Chelsea's porch for the last 2 hours thinking. He knew she'd be home soon and wouldn't be pleased with the fact that he was in front her house.
For the last 20 minutes he'd been debating whether or not he should leave or wait for her to get home. Jacob wanted her to be happy and from the conversation they had in the bathroom, their friendship didn't result in her happiness.
Chelsea turned the corner immediately catching Jason's eye. He hoped that maybe she'd run into his arms apologizing saying she didn't mean any of the things she had said early. Then they'd go inside do some homework, spending the rest of the night having pointless conversations about their greatest fears and failures. And he thought maybe she'd begin falling for him like he'd done for her.
But instead she shouted sternly " Get out!" before even getting to the front of her house.
"Chelsea please." he pleaded trying to catch her gaze.
"No, I just don't want to do this anymore, please leave me alone!" she yelled but said it in the nicest way she could. His heart skipped a beat, he had never seen her so angry.
"Why can't you just speak to me, how harmful is that?" he tried to stay calm but his blood was beginning to boil. His eyes brimmed with tears as his throat dried up.
"No, we can't talk Jason, I'm so tired of talking. Why can't you just get out of my life! You mean nothing to me." she basically screamed. The words quickly escaped her mouth and she regretted them immediately. Jason furrowed his brows as tears blurred his vision.
He stomped down her step biting on his lip as it began to tremble. He walked past her without saying a word but then he stopped and turned.
"You know, I loved you. Not like a friend. It was so much more then that. You were my first thought in the morning and the last in the night. I remember one night when I was sat on my floor hyperventilating your name into my hands I realized you were the air I struggled to breathe and I wasn't even the dirt under your fucking fingernails." Jason felt a tightening in his chest. It was something he had never felt before, it crippled him over, dropped him to his knees. Chelsea screamed terrified seeing how red his face was turning. She ran over to him, his body was limp as she tried standing him up.
"Jason, what's wrong! What's happening" tears slipped from her eyes as she stared deeply into his dilated pupils and cat eye iris.
He gripped his stomach as he forced the words out of him.
"Call the ambulance" he coughed blood pouring into his hands. Chelsea's head spun, she pulled out her phone, her fingers trembled as she dialed the numbers she feared. The three digits felt like a sudden responsibility, as if whatever happened from that moment on would be the result of that one action.
Her voice was panicky as the 911 operator tried calming her down.
"Chelsea, you need to remain on the line we have help headed your way right now" the kind lady introduced herself as Adaline. Usually she didn't stay on the phone with a caller longer than she had to but there was a part of her genuinely concerned about Chelsea.
It was a good call because Chelsea wasn't doing to well. She was getting short of breath as she watched Jason lose consciousness. His brain not getting the oxygen it needed to keep everything functioning. He was laid across the concrete, most of his body against Chelsea's chest. Her fingers ran through his stringy hair, pieces of it getting tangled but other separating with ease.
It always calmed Jason when someone had a hand in his head, but Chelsea wasn't doing it for him, it was for her.
Although her vision was blurred she could see the flashing lights of an ambulance in the distance. Apart of her was filled with relief while another took it as a sign of reality. That all this was really happening. Before she could think about her next move, a man and two women were running in her direction. The women pushed a stretcher behind the man who moved quickly to get to Chelsea. He was taken back by the situation he noticed things Chelsea's hadn't even glanced at. Like the scars on Jason's stomach, only showing because for the first time in 4 months he had forgotten to wear an undershirt.
Chelsea noticed the man whispering into the EMT worker's ear as another woman tried grasping her attention.
"Okay Chelsea... Chelsea? If you want to help your friend I need you to follow my instructions. I'm going to support Jason's head while you hold his back and move slowly from under him. Okay? 1. 2. 3. Lift!" she said earnestly exhaling deeply, holding Jason's head gently. The man reached out a hand for Chelsea but she declined get up fast forgetting the directions she was given.
"Shit!" the man yelled holding up Jason's back. Then all at once they were able to get him up on the stretcher. Chelsea had a hand on her chest feeling her heart racing.
By the time they'd all gotten Jason in the back Chelsea was sat by the curb, holding her knees to her chest. A horn honked startling her thoughts, she looked up realizing she'd have to go with them. It took just about everything in her to get up stumbling to the ambulance.
The ride was chaotic but it wasn't loud. It'd been completely silent. But Chelsea felt like someone was yelling at her, it seemed like there was nothing but screaming all around her. They were her own thoughts. Attacking her weak points saying all the terrible things she did not want to hear. On what seemed like an hour drive to the hospital a woman tried speaking to Chelsea, but she was not in the frame of mind to engage in dialogue. Majority of the things said Chelsea wasn't even registering in her brain. Until she felt the sudden panic around her. No one said it but it was all over their faces.
Chelsea was just waiting for someone to say it.
They were losing him.
