I had another field trip today.
We each had our own lists, and mine was 1) Film Producer 2) Musician and 3) Teacher for the career tour thing. Then all of the 8th grade met in the auditorium where a dude from the College& Career Center showed a video and talked about the classes there that we could take for free in High School instead of paying for them later.
Then we went on a bus to the Oak Hills graveyard, where it took me 3 circles around my section(2) to find my grave(George Washington Smith). A teacher with a map had to help me find the section(71). I was shading in my H on SMITH when they called us back to the buses.
We then went for lunch in the park.
When we finally got back to the school, we had a 6th hour of free time(in which I wrote most of this and the last chapter).
And then we had a gathering thing where the people that haven't failed all their classes and got tend so many absences/detentions get a ticket and head downstairs, where there is a random movie playing(this time it was Home), 1 snack per person(in exchange for the ticket that once granted passage into the party area), basketball in the gym, and arts& crafts, Mario kart, and dance dance revolution in the cafeteria. All those who didn't meet the standards for acceptance and didn't receive a ticket simply continue on with the rest of their day, doing homework and missing work.
Then I walked home with Child Holder and his brother and friend, and had a strange but long conversation about porn, hentai, and why long dicks are considered "pleasing" when a 20-inch dick up your ass would feel quite uncomfortable.
Yeah.
Fun.
Oh, and whatever you do, don't look up what a peppermint swirly is.
