Jason's POV (whaa? Yes it's fetus Jason Todd everyone! XD)
"I don't get it!" I yell annoyed at Bruce then immediately regret it and hold my neck in pain. I had to get stitches in my neck and it hurt a lot. I also had to get a cast on my left leg and right arm.
"Jason you are not ready to be Robin yet." Bruce says disappointed.
"Bruce I've been training for 3 months straight!" I yell then hold my throat again and someone walks in.
"Nightwing." Bruce says and I look at Dick with a glare.
Dick looks at me then at Bruce confused, "I've been at Blüdhaven the past year so whatever you think I didn't do it, it was Bruce." Dick says and Bruce looks at him with a glare.
"You stole 7 explosive disks and your old motorcycle." Bruce says and Dick shakes his head smiling.
"Technically it wasn't stealing since those are mine, well were- I don't know but they're mine now." Dick says picking up Bruce's coffee and drinking it, "I miss Alfred's coffee..."
Dick looks at me glaring at him again then looks at my casts and bandage around my neck in realisation, "Oh my god what happened?!" He asks putting the coffee down and running to me. Bruce holds the crook of his nose at his slowness, him and Dick have only just started talking. Dick quit then ran off to Blüdhaven and hasn't talked to Bruce or anyone on the team since until recently. He looks at my neck concerned.
"It was Joker actually." I say and feel him tense up.
"Oh..." Dick trails off walking away from me and looking down uncomfortably.
"How does she know you?" I ask and he frowns and takes out his phone and shows me a picture of him and a beautiful girl his age with blonde hair and light blue eyes.
"Is this?" I ask looking at the photo. Dick looks so happy back then, he barely ever smiles now.
Dick takes his phone back and he nods, "this is Jade Knight, she was always the type to cause trouble, on her first day she nearly got expelled for beating some guy up who tried to steal her lunch money." He says and chuckles, "she became my best friend and even once I found out who she was I didn't think any different of her, I immediately forgave her because I knew she had no choice..." He trails off then smiles sadly, "She had to kill me though, it was her initiation to become the Joker and that was the one thing she feared most, she didn't want to become the joker, she just wanted to be happy and live a normal life-" Dick sighs then looks down, "...One night she told the Joker and Harley she didn't want that and that she wanted to be free but they didn't allow it and they wounded her then set the building on fire and said that if I didn't get out alive she'd become the Joker. I went back to save the team and I died, Bruce and the league managed to bring me back but I was in a coma for two months-"
"She doesn't know you're alive?" I ask and he sighs shaking his head.
"No she doesn't." He says then looks at me seriously, "she can't find out either, nobody can find out." Dick says seriously and I look at him sort of angry at him, it's his fault Jade turned into the Joker, "If she knew you were alive she wouldn't have to be the Joker! It's your fault she's like this" I yell at him and Bruce looks at me with a glare.
Dick looks at me hurt, "Jason the last thing I want is for her be like this! If Harley and Joker knew she didn't kill me they'd kill her and I don't know if I can live without her, I love her..."
