Loving the Hell King

Chapter 6

I never expected something so beautiful can exist in this world. No way this can be hell! Probably I fell asleep in my home and this is just a dream. Darkness can be so mesmerizing I have never expected in my entire life. Infront of me I saw thousands of houses are filled up with lights so colourful that even New Year's Night will suffer from complexity. There are dark valleys above which small cottages are standing and together it created such a scenario that for a moment I forgot about my surroundings, the reason why I am here and even the fact Troy was still carrying me in bridal style.

I was about to get down so that I can get a better view of the place but his hold on me unfortunately tightened a bit.

" No. Until and unless we are back in my palace don't dare to get down. There are lot of demons around us and I don't want them to see you in my clothes with nothing inside. You are only mine to see so don't you dare." He gave me a threatening growl. I don't know what I should be scared of, his confessions or the fact that we are surrounded by demons. I know for sure that demons are evil and I have no intention of meeting any one of them.

" But where is your palace? I can see only houses surrounding us . Do you guys call houses as palace in hell ? Are you people that much poor in hell?" I know that my words always get on his nerves and I love to that. But the problem is that he always behave unaffected by my words but I know it irritates him a lot.

"Close your eyes I will teleport you to my palace and then you can decide whether you will call it a house or a palace." I tightened my hold around his neck and I heard a groaning sound coming from him. I opened my eyes to see whether I have cause pain by holding to tightly or not but I saw his eyes have turned totally dark. He didn't say anything else so I closed my eyes again. I feel like someone threw me into a water and I am drowning but at the same time I feel the familiar touch of his hands. The feeling lasted for a few seconds and the next time I opened my eyes I found myself inside a hall room. My eyes turned round seeing the size of the hall realizing that he wasn't bluffing .

"Welcome to hell my queen. From now onwards you belong here with me. Don't even think about leaving me even in your dreams . If you do you alone will be responsible for the consequences that will follow ." He added with darkened eyes.

"Queen?What the hell you are talking about ? If I am your queen then what you mean is that you are the king of hell . Are you Lucifer then?" I was shocked beyond words. By no chance he can be Lucifer.

" The answer to your first question is Yes . I am the Hell King. But as for your second question I am not Lucifer. Lucifer no longer rules in hell. My father along with many of his supporters overthrew Lucifer from the crown. After all hell is supposed to be a place for demons. Why will they allow an Angel to rule over them even if he is a fallen one? He was defeated and no one knows where he is right now. Heaven is totally banned for him .So, probably in some other realm. After Lucifer , my father was crowned as the Hell King but unfortunately he died when a war broke out between the realms and so after his death I was crowned the next King." His words keep on registering on my mind and finally I realized that he is also a demon. That is the reason why his eyes turns black all of a sudden .But one thing I don't get why did he bring me of all people with him to make me his bride.

" One thing I don't get is why me? Why did you select me to be your bride of all people."

"It is not me who selected you. Nature selected you only for me. You know all supernatural creature is suppose to have mates. My mother was a vampire and my dad was her mate. Once my dad when went to Earth he saw my mom and they fell in love and have me. I am kind of half vampire and half demon. So, I have vampire genes in me and that is why got you as my mate. On the other hand demon s are very possessive about their possession and once they claim their right over something there is no way you can take it away from them. I have claimed you so there is no way I will let you leave me. So don't even think about it."

Awesome!!Just awsome . As if him being a demon and hell king wasn't enough. He has to be a fudging hybrid. What have I done to deserve this. An over possessive hybrid who is putting some supernatural claim over me.

" Where is your mother then ? Is she in this palace? Does she know you have kidnapped me?" I wondered . May be his mother will have a soft heart and ask him to return me back to my parents. I know sons always listen to their mother. I have seen my brother do.

"A vampire cannot live without their other half. So when my father died in the war my mom killed herself."
He told me without any kind of emotion.

I realized he is not good at showing his sorrow or any kind of feeling. Probably living without anyone has made him like that. I don't know and suddenly my heart ached for me. That means if I die also he will kill himself. I can't imagine him doing that. I swallowed hard trying to suppress the whirlpool of emotions that is going on inside me. I feel like suddenly a huge storm has arose inside me that there is no way I can stop it. But there is no way I will let him know it.

" So you live alone in this huge palace?" I asked him wondering how lonely it will be to live in such a huge place all alone.

" No . There are lot of servants here here. They are busy working. Now enough of interrogation . I will show you to our room so that you can change into proper clothes. Keep all your questions to yourself for now, I will answer later . You must be starving I will ask them to arrange for food." He led me towards a room which is just as huge as the hall. One second did he tell our room?There is no way I am gonna stay with him in the same room. As if reading my mind as usual he looked at me stated" Yes , you are gonna stay in my room and don't you dare say no. With that he left me in our room.

After few minutes a girl appeared with clothes and she kept the clothes without saying anything and left. I also didn't try to talk because I was too scared to talk to anyone here. I changed quickly into the jeans and normal top she left. Thank god they don't follow the old fashion dressing style or else I would have to wear the horrible gowns.

I walked out of the room not knowing where to go. But Troy appeared out of thin air and took me towards the dinning hall. The table is filled with my favorite foods. How does he know what all my favorite food? But I was too hungry to think any thing else and started eating like a pig. A heard a laughter and saw him looking at me with an amusing expression.

" What?? I was hungry .I don't remember when was the last time I ate. I don't think you guys follow any clock here? Or else you would have realized that it is way past dinner time."

I showed him my watch showing it to be 2 o clock at night. He just shrugged at my remark.

Suddenly we heard a commotion  coming outside the dinning hall. Someone was scolding someone because it seems the guards was not letting him inside. Suddenly a person appear and seeing us gave a hundred watt smile

" Finally I got to meet the person you have been talking about for so long. He never stopped talking about you since the day he met you. I was so curious to meet this little human whom my best friend have been bluffing around. By the way I forgot to tell my name. I am Alexander and I am this asshole's  childhood friend who didn't even feel like telling that he is bringing you here." I looked at Troy who was busy glaring at  Alexander.

"By the way it is very nice to meet you Evaline " he put  his hand forward for shaking . I was about to shake it but Troy gave a warning growl which prevented me from doing so.

"Chill dude!  You don't need to scare the girl off. Okay you can do it so that I can woo her later. She definitely  looks like my type of girl." After hearing those words I saw Troy's eyes turning black.
