~ Monday Morning ~

* BEEP BEEP BEEP *

Ughhh. I did not feel like getting up for school. But I can't miss the first day, especially since Jas would beat my ass.

"MONIQUE SHUT THAT SHIT UP!"

I didn't realize my alarm clock was still going off so I reach to turn it off. The weekend was so fun I didn't want it to go. Dejour and I are still bestfriends. Darius is still Darius. Its sad to me how hes full of himself. Everyone else loves me and we're like family already. Dom think I should date Dejour but naah, we are just besties.

I get up out of bed debating on what I should wear. Ninth graders always try too damn hard. I wanted to be comfortable so I got out a peach with maxi skirt and a floral croptop. I got white sandals and put then on. As a I finish up I step back and look in the mirror. Damn, I looked good!

Joury😍: GET UP!

Me: Boo!

Joury😍: You excited shawty?

Me: Ehh

Joury😍: Well lil ma I got us in all tha same classes ;)

Me: Omg! How ?

Joury😍: Dont worry bout it. Wear sum sexy for me too ;)

Me: Your such a dork! Byee

Joury😍: Love you too.

I just smile and walk downstairs. Jas was wearing some red highwaisted jeans and a black tupac shirt.

"You look cute." I say to her.

"Thanks," she smiles and starts to make breakfast.

I wouldn't call our relationship what it used to be, but we were getting there. All of the sudden Chris ran downstairs and just left without saying anything. I mentally roll my eyes. Hes been hanging out with the game too much, I miss the real him. But it's whatever. Today I was just finna be chill unless some bitch rub me the wrong way, uh uh we don't do that.

"Hello? Earth to Monique!" Jas waves her hands in front of my face.

"Oh sorry! Whats up?"

"Go look outside!" she rushes me.

"OMG OMG OMG OMG!!!! I LOVE YOU"

Jas got me a CAR! I know I'm only fifteen but here the laws are different then PA. So I can drive! Anyways, the car was amazing! It was a red mercedes benz. I run up and basically attack Jasmine.

"Chill out! But I thought me and you could share?" she asks.

"Of course! Can we pick Dom up though, her cars in tha shop?"

"Thats fine leggo!" she laughs.

I've been distant from the family because the gang up here is no joke. Its hard making this paper! Dee, Rom and I like bros now. Romie was definetly the thoughtful one. He was soft when it came to girls but hard on the streets. Dee was just fuck hoes and get money, thats how I'm finna be now.

I was on my way to Dee's house to pick up some of the guys and head out to school. Everyone was hype for basketball and all these hoes finna be there tonight imma get me some! I pull up and they all come out and pile into my escalade. I dap em all.

"Wassup y'all?"

"Nun."

"Same shit."
