Phil's POV

"Phil," Dan was breathing heavily on my neck. "I want you."

"D-" I tried to speak but I was too distracted by Dan kissing my neck and beginning to unbutton my jeans.

"Dan, please."

My jeans hit the ground. He lifted my shirt and kissed my belly button slowly.

He swiftly fell to his knees and looked up at me. "Do you want this?"

"No."

And then I woke up. Why would I have a dream like that? Something like that would never happen. I'm straight and he's my best friend. It was just a dream.

"Phil?" Dan shouted from the other side of the door.

"Come in."

Dan opened the door and peeked his head in. "Are you going to Sam's party tonight?"

Sam is the guy we met on the tube a long time ago. He lives really close to us and always throws these awesome parties. But of course, Dan and I have never been to one.

"If you are." I answered.

"I'm not going without you." He smirked. "We haven't done anything fun and exciting recently. I think we should go."

"Yeah, okay." I got out of bed and put on my glasses.

I got downstairs and ate a bowl of cereal as I leaned on the counter.

"Have you seen my flat iron?" Dan asked.

"You look fine just the way you are."

Dan gave me a blank expression and pointed at his hobbit hair.

"It looks fine." I smiled.

"Phil."

"Dan, its actually kinda cute." I put the cereal on the counter behind me and played with his curls.

Dan smiled. "You're a dweeb."

I smiled back at him staring into his dark brown eyes. I must've gotten lost in them. I stopped touching his hair and placed my hands on his shoulders. Moments passed before I actually realized I was staring at him.

Dan broke the eye contact and stepped back causing my hands to fall to my sides. "So do you know where my flat iron is?"

"Oh, uh," I looked down and put my arm on my neck. "Yeah, it's under the bathroom sink. I moved it while cleaning the other day."

"Alright, we're leaving at 6."

I stood there watching him walk out of the kitchen. I wish he would realize that he's perfect how he is.
