Im Only Exotic

chapter two

I woke up and there was a bright white light flashing down great im dying what a lame way to die lex.I  briefly imagined my brother asking how I died.

"Im sorry sir she uhhh tripped."

LAMEE wait im not dead my head is pounding. I begin to hear muted voices as my eyes adjust to the light I realize im in the nurses office. how did i get here? suddenly the door opens i start to turn to see who it is but the pain in my head stops me.

Its..crappy doo its none other than... "Hi im, Jason but everyone calls me Jace im sure you probably dont remember me from the few times we met."

i just sat their and nodded like an idiot. i blame my head injury and hallways!!! after his pause of a about a minute i replied "no, i remember you im alexis" i saw my reflection in the mirror behind him i was smiling harder than the joker.

he looked behind him to see what i was looking at and i relaxed my smile then looking at me through the mirror he stuck out his tounge and crossed his eyes while pulling his ears. I laughed really hard and my face once again i thought would put the cheshire cat to shame he looked back at me "you have a very nice smile i have to go now but ill see you around?" he asked

 i nodded. the second he left i hit myself on the forhead.

Ow!

Bad idea there is in fact a bump there now i feel like a double idiot. i finally get a moment alone with him and all we talked about was our aquaintence with each other there is seriously something wrong with me. oh yeah i hit my head.

Oh yeah how did i even get here?  and what was Jace doing here.I got up slowly and felt dizzy anyway off the nurse cot and made my way to the office to sign out.

"Hey nurse jackie umm do you know how i got here?" I asked as I signed out

" oh it was that nice boy, Jason i think his name is,  he carried you here. he even said he'd stay until you woke up." they dont make em like that anymore." she winked at me as i  left

i just grinned shyly and asked for my pass. as i was walking out she yelled "you keep in mind what i said Alexandra."

I left laughing no matter how many times i told her my name was just alexis she still called me alexandria. On my way i had to stop and look at the time to see what class period we were in huh only halfway into third.

Oh crap now im going to have to walk in and all eyes are going to be on my. I mean they usually are but not right away i usaully have afew minutes before they start staring my tardiness will give them an excuse.ugh. i finally made it to my first period french two. i handed my Mr. Koult my pass he looked over it and said "merci."

i replied "derien."

i Looked around for a seat and yes everyone was staring at me including the teacher gosh you'd think they'd be sneaky about it but as i walked down the aisle looking for a place to sit there heads, and if i went to far, their bodies turned with me.

i chose a seat in the back corner by the window where the surrounding desk were empty. I looked up and everyone looked back to what they were doing i had looked at their desks while i was walking to mine and pretty much knew what we were doing we were writing down how we'd introduce ourselves in french then find partner and team up. i finished mine early and looked to see who might be my partner. my eyes landed on a familiar figure hunched over his work his brow crinckled with concentration. it was thats right you guessed it jace.

hmm who am i talking to maybe im crazy anyway i knew who i wanted to be my partner. when Mr.Koult said "leve-vous et nous parlons with a partner."

i walked over to jace as half the class walked toward me i reached him before anyone could ask me and quickly asked" will you be my partner?"

he grinned at me or behind me at all the people behind him his beautiful hazel eyes looked amused at all the people sadly retreating behind me to find a different partner. he looked up at me "i thought we already introduced ourselves." he replied.

"well not in french we havent so come on please i havent a clue who anyone else in this calss  is." i begged

he raised an eyebrow and replied" all the more reason to find different people."

i poked out my lip and looked at him sadly.  i swear i saw a flicker of somethingin his eyes before grinned and said "j'aime la glace et les frites"

i grinned and we went on to do mine. before the bell rang we were told that the partners we were with now would be out partners for the rest of the course unless he saw behavior issues. i grinned inwardly yay! i had Jace all year God, did you do this? thanks man.

Ha ha! by the time i had gathered my stuff i was the last one out of the class when i got out the door i heard jace talking to someone and he sounded angry. i turned to look and see what was going on.  he was talking to a pretty girl about something i couldnt make out beacause of all the noise in the hallway he looked upset and she looked like she was begging him. i wish i could hear or understand what was going on but i had to get to class i couldnt  be late.
