Chapter Eleven

Jace's POV

Lida's been gone for 2 days and its killing me, I miss her so much, we've been talking through social media, but since whenever I'm awake, she's sleeping, its hard for me to focus, I'm filming a sequel to Splitting Adam, they said they would come up with a cool name for it, but they won't tell us until we finished filming, at the moment, its just Splitting Adam The Sequel. We finished filming for the day and Isabella comes up to me, "so, how's the girlfriend, I thought you would bring her?" "She's in New Zealand at the moment, she was visiting her family for Christmas, they decided to stay for new years," I miss her, I want to be with her for new years, but I'm filming this movie, "I really want to see her, but were filming," "well, go see her, we have to have a break from filming this movie, so why don't you talk to the director and get that holiday, go see your lady," "I will, thanks!" I talked to the director after that, I got the break and I'm going to New Zealand tomorrow to be with Lida, I'm so excited.

Lida's POV

My stupid parents decided they want to stay here for another week for new years, I just wanna be with Jace, I miss him so much, I haven't talked to him for days, I messaged him this morning but, I didn't hear back from him, that worries me, but I know he's busy filming a movie. Today me and my family are going to the Christchurch airport to say goodbye to my dad, he has to go back because of work, its a shame I can't go with him, it would be nice to see Jace again.

Jace's POV

My plane lands in Christchurch, I get off the plane and I see Lida at a gate saying goodbye to her dad......

Lida's POV

I hug my dad and he boards the plane, "uh, Lida," "yeah Lucy," "isn't that Jace Norman?" "What!" I turn around and Jace runs towards me, I run towards him and we meet in the middle and I'm sure were there hugging for about five minutes, "I missed you so much, I flew straight here once we got on break from filming," "I just can't believe your here," we hug for another five minutes, and then we drove back to Temuka, Jace was staying with us, he slept all the way back to Temuka, I take a picture on his phone and send it to myself, I make it his screensaver, its gonna be funny when he wakes up and goes on his phone.

Jace's POV

I slept all the way to Temuka, I can't wait to see where my girlfriend grew up, I went on my phone and found a picture of me sleeping, Lida has a really funny side, I like that. We get to her grandparents house and its amazing, its so big, we walk inside and a little girl runs up to me and hugs me, Lida told me that most of her family are fans. I quickly realize I've made a massive decision without even thinking about it, during this week, I'm meeting her family, for a relationship, its important that your girlfriends family thinks your good enough for the girl, usually the grandparents are the hardest to get past, every day I'm here, I have do give a good impression, but they we nice, so I think I have a good chance.

Lida's POV

I show Jace to his room and he asks me to show him around the town, "I don't know, aren't you afraid people with recognise you?" "I'm used to it, besides, I've never met any fans from this country besides you, it'll be nice to meet some of them." We walk downstairs and I tell my grandparents I'm taking Jace for a tour and they said it was fine, as long as we weren't gone for too long, the first place I go with him, is to show him where I used to live. "So this is where you lived before you moved?" "Yeah, I wonder who lives there now?" We stand there for a couple of minutes and continue into the town, I take him to the bakery and we get one huge strawberry milkshake, "this thing is huge!" "I know, this bakery is known for its huge milkshakes, do you wanna go to the domain?" "What's a domain?" "Oh, you know how in the show, we have Swellview park," "yeah," "well the domain is like Swellview park," "yeah, let's go!" We go to the park, and on our way there we see a few of the boys who used to pick on me, "who are the people staring at us?" "Stan, Daniel and Cody, they used to pick on me for watching Henry Danger, and for being a fan of you." I can't believe I told Jace that people used to pick on me for liking him, I didn't want him to know that, "Hey, Lida, is that even him, I bet you cloned him!" Daniel was the rudest about it, he used to tell me I would never meet him and he would never notice me, and he would be scared of me because I'm so ugly, "for a fact Daniel, he is the real thing, and if you haven't checked your social media, he's by boyfriend," "yeah right," then Jace does something amazing, "Daniel, or whatever your name is, I'm the real Jace Norman, and I'm in love with this girl, she's everything to me, I have enough money to sue you just like that, and I will if you ever insult her ever again!" I can't believe he just said that, "come on, let's go, their obviously not with it," "you didn't have to do that," "yeah I did, your my girlfriend, its my job to look after you," we hold hands and I turn around to look at them one last time and Stan was taking a picture, I think to myself, "post it, put it online, then everyone will know I had a chance!" All of a sudden I get a text message from one of my other friends, Megan....

Megan: I can't believe it, your dating a celebrity, sorry for thinking you didn't have a chance. So, how did you guys meet?

Lida: I'll text you later, with him at the moment.

Megan: OK, ttyl.

"Who was that?" "My friend Megan, we were best friends, but we kind of drifted apart once she started hanging out with all the popular kids at school," "oh well, hey, can you show me your old school, I'd love to see it," "we can go there tomorrow, every student will be there, then you could meet everyone I used to hang out with." "OK, I can't wait."
