Chapter Twenty Four

Laura's POV

I'm at Lida's work, apparently she does acting, and she's so good, she sings to and she dances, my new sister is so talented, I want her to teach me how to do all of that. Lida and Jace from finish work and they take me to go get something called froyo, it is so nice, I really like this, we never had this type of food on Krypton, now I wish we did. After she finished work she took me to the mall, I didn't know what a mall was when I first got here, but now I do, its a place filled with all these different shops, it also has places where you get food, this place is amazing, she has brought me here to get some clothes and stuff for my room, I have grabbed so much stuff already, I was given some money, but its so much money, so far I have about 10 outfits, and I have a couple hundred of dollars worth of room decor, on Krypton, we didn't have stuff like they did, everything was all high-tech, and here, you have to do everything yourself, this human life is going to be difficult.

Lida's POV

Me and Jace are currently taking Laura shopping, I can tell Jace isn't enjoying it, but anyone else would tell that I'm so unbelievably excited, I've never had a younger sister before, let alone any siblings before. She has amazing style, she's gone for a very tumblr look, there is a lot of wood type of stuff and lots of some very nice pale colours, lots of blue pink and yellow, and the clothes she bought are very preppy, she tried all the clothes on and they look amazing on her, and I didn't tell her to bother her with makeup because Kryptonian's are pimple free here on earth, lucky person. When were finished at the mall, we take her to Starbucks and get her a drink and then we go get donuts from California Donuts, then we walk out to the car with all the stuff for Laura and me and her load the truck with all the furniture, since me and her have super-strength, it was easier for us to load the truck, all Jace did was stand there and watch us, but he did it in a cute way. We get home and put all the stuff in Laura's room, it looks amazing, I wish my room looked like this, maybe tomorrow I'll take Laura back to the mall and she can help me with my room, then I get a text from Alex.....

Alexandra: Meet me at the DEO, bring your sister and Jace.

"Come on, were all needed at the DEO." We walk into the back yard and into the woods behind it, I change into Supergirl and grab Jace and Laura is already in the air, so I jump up and we fly to the DEO.

Jace's POV

We just arrived at the DEO, to be honest, I'm getting kind of sick of this place, were always coming here, and whenever I'm here, my parents keep texting me asking where I am, I can't tell them because no body knows where the DEO is, and no one is allowed to give away the secret location, sometimes I feel like I should tell Lida I feel like we spend too much time doing Supergirl stuff, instead of hanging out as Lida and Jace, I miss my girlfriend, "Jace, are you coming in, or are you gonna stand here all by yourself?" "Um, I was hoping we could go to the filming we have in ten minutes, I don't wanna lose my job," "oh my god, I completely forgot! Laura, we have to go back, are you fine flying back home by yourself?" "Yeah, but why do you have to go?" "Me and Jace have another late night filming, and if we miss it, or were late, we could lose our job," "Lida, we have to go, will you be fine Laura?" "Yeah, you guys go, I'll be fine," Lida grabs me and flies us to the set of Henry Danger, and I'm kind of sad, this is our last late night filming, and tomorrow and the next day are our last days on set, then its all over and the next show moves in a couple of weeks later, I don't want to say bye, but I guess all good things come to an end, but next week, I have a audition for Lida's new show, and I'm so excited, I hope I get the part, or my parents will put me in public school, and that would not be good at all.

Laura's POV

I'm in the DEO talking to Alex and the director and their telling me they found all this Kryptonian stuff in my pod that bought me to earth, this thing is huge, and the pile they have is massive, they put it all in a bag for me and I fly back home with it, it is mean to be heavy, but that's for a human, I have super-strength so it's easy for me to carry, I land in my back yard, I don't know why they call it that, but they do, and I walk in the back door and Lida's parents are standing there asking me where I was, and that they were worried about me, "I went somewhere, they have the pod that bought me to earth, and they found this big bag of Kryptonian stuff, I was gonna put it in a box and keep it hidden and I can pull it out and have a look at it when I start to miss my home and my parents," they say that's okay and they give me a box to put the stuff in. I walk into my and put all the stuff in the box and I put it under my bed, but I keep one of the spy beacons beside my bed, messaging my mums number hoping that she'll answer, I know she won't, but I still have to have hope that she will, then Lida walks in.

Lida's POV

I walk into Laura's room and find her playing with this weird disc looking thing, "what's that?" "Spy beacon, some people used these to communicate on Krypton, my whole family used them," "everyone that wears the House Of El?" "Yeah, I like how when your Supergirl that you wear the House Of El, but I was on TV when I found a show called Supergirl, can you take me to meet her some day?" "Yeah, but the girl who plays Supergirl in the show is going to be on my new show with me, so if you want to meet her, I can take you to the set most days and you can get to know her, and you two van become friends," I think that would be a good idea, she can give Melissa tips on how to act like a real Kryptonian.
