Just A "Normal" Girl (Jace Norman Fanfic)

Chapter Eight

Lida's POV

"MISS LIDA EVANS!" Yikes, this is gonna be a really scary talk. "WHAT ARE YOU THINKING, ACTING, I'm so proud of you, but we have to have a talk about this Jace kid." I never saw that coming, he sounded really mad with me, but I guess he's happy that I'm doing what I have always wanted to do since I was 5. "So, dad, me and Jace have been dating for a couple of months now, I love him and nothing will change that, he's coming here tomorrow to meet you, but I must let you know, he is the star of Henry Danger," "WHAT!" My dad is really loud, sometimes too loud, "your dating Henry Hart, I still want to sit down and talk to him, no matter how awesome he is, okay, now go get some rest," "goodnight dad, good night mum," I walk up to my room, get into my PJ's, that went better than I thought, maybe me and Jace will stay together.

Jace's POV

Lida told me she wants me to come over to my house to have a talk with her dad, apparently, he's a fan of the show as well, apparently he wants to meet Cooper. After knowing this, I know me and Lida can still be together, but if he gets too protective, I'll have to break up with Lida, and that will be so hard, just because we will have to see each other every day.
The next morning is a slow morning, I hate slow mornings, but the time finally comes, and I head over to Lida's house to talk to her father, "Jace," "yeah mom," "where are you going?" "Talking to my girlfriend's father, he wants to talk," "well, good luck." I hear Xander going, "I knew it," but I ignore him and walk out the door towards Lida's house. I get there knock on the door, and the nerves kick in.

Lida's dad's POV

I hear a knock on the door and tell Lida to go to her room. I open the door and I see him, my little girls boyfriend, I know this guy, I have seen his face too many times, I get a bit like my daughter and get really nervous around anyone that's famous. "Mr Evans, I'm Jace Norman," "hi, please come in," I sit him down on the couch and tell him this, "now, I know you two are in love, but you need to know this, I want you to look after her, because she can be really sensitive, it doesn't take much for her to get upset, so, if she comes home upset at anytime, I'm blaming you." "OK sir, I understand, but I can assure you, she'll be fine." I yell out for Lida to come downstairs, and in a matter of seconds, she's in the room, "go have fun guys, but I want her back by 10:30," "dad, were filming, sometimes it goes to 1:00 in the morning " "fine, but be good." She runs up to me, gives me a hug, says bye, and leaves, that was really hard, but I have to let her grow up, she won't always be little.

Lida's POV

Me and Jace are sitting in the car, while it takes us to the set, "so, how did it go with my dad?" "It was OK, he just told me all the basic stuff, which is just, look after her, make sure she's happy." He says it in a grown up voice which makes me laugh. "So, Lida, are you ready to film?" Honestly, I don't know, "I'm just really nervous, what if I mess up," "hey, I mess up as well, we all do, trust me, you'll be fine," "you think so," "I know so." That makes me feel better, but not by much.

Jace's POV

Right now, were filming the scene where Henry and Bianca break up....

Henry: I can't believe you would do this to me, your dating Mitch now, that's just wrong in so many ways.

Bianca: I don't care, I just don't love you anymore.

(Henry's watch starts beeping)

Henry: Gotta go, bye Bianca.

(Runs out of the hallway and goes outside of school, and gets some gum and puts it in his mouth and leaves)

(Ruby emerges from bushes)

Ruby: That was entertaining.

(Looks at phone and watches video)

That was fun, it was awesome having my girlfriend on the set acting with me, even if she wasn't really in the same area as me. After that, me and Lida have a meeting with Dan, he wants to talk about our characters relationship and what happens throughout the rest of the season. We walk into the meeting room and sit down at the table with Dan, "Lida, I hope your enjoying yourself, but were about to film a scene, but, just to let you know, you'll be on wires, I just want to let you know, its not hard, if you can hold your body weight you'll be fine, and about this relationship, it's a funny one, Henry starts off hating Ruby, but then he starts developing feelings for her and that's when he finds out Ruby's secret, and Rube ends up being another sidekick for captain man, but at the same time, she's trying to steal Charlotte's job." That's really interesting, I can't wait, but now I have to go change into another outfit for the next scene, its a red top with some black jeans and some brown booties, and my hair is curled and I have some light makeup on, Jace walks in and says I look beautiful and he walked me to the set. This is going to be so much fun. "And, ACTION!"

Charlotte: Hey Henry, how goes it?

Henry: Bad, it goes bad.

Jasper: You right there buddy?

Charlotte: You look terrible.

Henry: Bianca and I broke up last night.

Charlotte: I'm sorry.

Ruby: Hey guys, can I please talk to Henry?

Henry: Yeah, I'll talk to you guys later.

Ruby: Come on Henry, I know the break up was hard but, you can get through it, just say yes to going to the meatball with me and you can forget about Bianca.

Henry: Okay, if it helps, yes, yes I will go to the meatball with you Ruby.

Ruby: Awesome, I can't wait, but first I gotta run to my new job at junk 'n' stuff, but I'll meet you later, bye.

I enjoyed writing this chapter, only because I actually took my time.
