The Teen Spy

Chapter 5

"Austin!?" I said finally able to speak.

"That's me babe." He said smiling and hugging me.

"Wait your a spy why didn't you tell me?" I asked.

"Because I couldn't until I knew you were one too." He answered as we followed Marc to the room with all the training equipment.

"Ok so Austin is the best gun man we have. So we will test you to see what you are good at." Marc said.

I saw Austin grinning like an idiot as we walked towards the guns range.

I tried shooting and stunk. We tried a lot of other things and I wasn't good.

"Are you sure he said her?" Austin asked.

"Yes he was sure. Lets try archery. It's all we have left." Marc said as we walked to a bow with 12 arrows and a target.

I picked it up and aimed. When I was little my dad taught me how shoot a bow and arrow. I haven't shot one in 6 years but as soon as I picked up the bow it all came back to me.

I shot the arrow straight to the middle of the target.

"Dang Nikki I never knew you could shoot a bow and arrow!?" Austin said.

"Well there's a lot you don't know about me." I said smiling.

"Ok ok you two can flirt later now its time for your partner training. Chloe here will help."

We walked into a room with padded walls and padded floors. A tall and skinny women with the same suit as me was standing in the middle of the room.

She had long blonde hair tied up in a ponytail. She was pale, with blue eyes.

We worked with her on how to work together better and she said we did really good together. After that we went to the tech person.

He taught me what everything in my locker was and how it worked. After we finished we met Marc back by the locker rooms.

"Ok so you two will be leaving for California in 18 hours. You will be living in San Francisco in your own house. You two are posed as boyfriend girlfriend who live together." Marc said.

When he said boyfriend girlfriend my face got really red. I have always liked Austin but never thought he liked me. But now we have to act like we are dating. This will be... Interesting.

I changed back into my clothes but kept on the boots. It was 8:00am and I knew my mom was at work and Alec was at daycare.

"You 2 can go pack all your stuff I will explain everything to your family and they will come down here and live under protection."

I nodded and followed Austin pack to the surface. I was speechless. My father was abducted, I'm now a spy and my mother and brother have to live under ground in order to live. Live!? My father could be dead for all I know.

Austin grabbed my hand and squeezed it and we kept walking in silence. When we got to my house he kissed me and I guess I looked shocked.

"Remember we are dating now." He said nudging me.

"Oh ya haha I um forgot." I said walking into my house.

I heard him walked to his house and I walked to my room. I grabbed some brown cardboard boxes and started to pack all my stuff. I moving truck would be coming in and hour to bring us to the airport.

I can't be olive I wouldn't see my family for who knows how long. I pushed the thought out of my mind, turned on some music, and started to pack.
