Chapter 12

I woke up at the same place I fell a sleep in. My father was already up and walking around his cell. Masons mother was sitting down playing with her finger nails. Mason was still a sleep with his arms wrapped around my waist.

I could hear his soft snoring. I tried to move his arms but his grip was solid. So I just laid there until he woke up.

After about 5 minutes Mason finally woke up. He unwrapped his arms and sat up. I did the same.

We stood up and I found a small window at the top of our cell.

"Mason look." I said pointing to it.

He nodded and cupped his hands together. I put my right foot in his hands and he lifted me up. Finally those 6 years of cheerleading paid off.

I was able to see out the window and it was into the big room we were in before. Kyle and Marc were siting at a circle table by the corner of the room. Austin was carrying trays of food into the room. He set them on the table and walked away.

Marc and Kyle jumped at the food.

"So what do we do with the girls family" Kyle asked.

"We will show them to her tonight and they will be locked up in the cell too. We will keep them here and continue with plan 462." Marc said.

"Ok but how long are we keeping them here its already been a week?" Kyle asked.

Its been a week we have been down here? There's no windows and no clocks so I guess I never noticed. Also I just noticed we haven't eaten either. I so hungry right now I feel like I'm going to faint.

"We will keep them here for long enough Kyle they must pay for what they did." Marc said.

"Marc it was 7 years ago and only the father did it. So why are you punishing the whole family because of the one thing?" Kyle asked.

"Because he killed my mother and I will punish his loved ones for killing the only person I had left." Marc said.

"She died of cancer he didnt kill her." Kyle said.

"Kyle pick a side you are either with me or with him?" Marc asked.

"I can't be with you anymore so I don't care what you do to me I quit!" Kyle shouted.

"AUSTIN!" Marc yelled.

Austin came running in.

"Yes?" Austin asked.

"Kyle has traded side please lock him with the others." Marc said.

"Yes sir." Austin said leading Kyle to the room.

Mason set me down.

"Kyle is one of us now." I said just as the door swung open.

Kyle and Austin walked in and Austin shut the door. He opened the cell next to my fathers and Kyle walked in. He sat down and Austin closed the doors.

"You know the plan right?" Austin asked Kyle.

"Yes." He answered.

"Nikki Kyle will help you all escape. You will be leaving in a month. I will follow and we will begin our new lives. All of us." Austin said to me.

I nodded and he left the room locking the door behind him. I sat down next to Mason and it was just silent.

'I can't believe I was just kidnapped by someone my whole family trusted.'

I thought to my self. Mason put his arm around me and I put my head on his shoulder.
