We heard the car door slam shut. He must have heard something because he got out and went into the forest across the street from us. We let out a sigh of relief.
"COME OUT! SHOW YOURSELF!" He yelled into the forest.
Silence. Then he got back in his truck and sped towards the house. He slammed the car door shut and screamed.
"I WILL FIND YOU AND KILL ALL OF YOU! THAT'S A PROMISE!" Marc yelled.
Then he slammed the front door shut. We made sure he was inside then we climbed down. We decided it wasn't safe here so we came a little closer to the road and ran towards the town.
After about 20 minutes of running we decided we were safe and walked a little further into the woods. We found a clear spot that must have been a camping site. We decided to lose the phones because he could be tracking us. We walked a little further into the woods and threw the phones into a tree where they were stuck in the branches.
Then we walked back to the street and ran about 10 minutes past where the phones were so he wouldn't be able to find us.
We found a spot covered by bushes and trees and made a camp. We set out our sleeping bags and sat on them in a circle.
"So what do we do after this?" Mason asked.
"Well we keep running into town then we have to dye our hair, get colored contact, change our names, get new id's, then live a whole new life and we have to stay together." Austin answered.
We nodded then decided to go to sleep. It's been a stressful time for all if us. We were kidnapped, my little brother was killed, we escaped, we are now running for our lives, and then we have to live completely different lives.
As soon as my head hit the pillow I was out.
