Chapter Twelve: Um I Can Explain

Yuu walked up to you.

"H-hey Yuichiro!" You waved, slightly nervous.

"Why are you with him?" Yuu asked.

"U-um."

Before you could speak, Yuu walked away in anger.

"I can explain!" You called out.

"What?" Yuu spat.

"I...I love him and there's nothing I can really do about it because my feelings and emotions just go crazy whenever I see his face, oh god his face, and I'm sorry if this angers you all but,"

You took in a deep breath.

"You guys can't make me change my mind." You say firmly, your eyes throwing daggers at the people who glared at Ferid in disgust.

"(Y/N), don't you get it? He killed my family! Of course I'm angry! My friend likes that piece of trash!" Yuu started yelling.

"He killed mine too y'know." You mumbled, not looking straight at him.

Yuu looked at you in disbelief.

"No way. You're, you're crazy." He said, taking a step back in shock.

"Maybe I am." You smiled, looking over to Ferid.

Ferid, grabbed your hand and laced your fingers with his.

Everyone was staring, and they should be.

"Sorry everyone." You say, walking off with Ferid.

"Why'd you do that?" Ferid asked you when you guys were at a far distance from everyone else.

"Because, I want to be with you Ferid." You replied.

Ferid smiled sadly.

"You didn't have to give up your old life like that y'know. You could've went back home and-"

"You're my home." You say quietly.

Ferid looked at you, shocked by your sweet words.

He rested his chin on your forehead, bringing you into a tight hug.

"Stop making me love you even more (Y/N)." He muttered.

You giggled.

"Well, I can't help it." You laughed.

"Well, I can't help it either." Ferid said, kissing you sweetly, wrapping his arm around your waist, the other supporting your back.

When he parted, he stared at you, your noses touching.

"You haven't idea how long I've waited to do that." He sighed.

"Ferid, you just kissed me a couple minutes ago." You laugh.

Suddenly, his face went all serious.

You saw his crimson eyes glittering in the remaining light from the sunset behind you.

"Be mine, forever." He said.

You nodded.

"Wasn't that a given?"

This chapter was a little short gomen minna!!! I just checked and it's like, my third shortest chapter (A/N not included with that if it was it would be fourth shortest but still)

Next chapter is when things get a little more interesting *ahem ahem* didn't 'forever' seem a little...weird mwhahaha. After all, humans can't live 'forever'.

That was a bit of a spoiler gomen but mwahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahhahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah.
