I still don't fully know if it's the right time to ask lauren out, I'm so scared of what she would say, yes, no. Maybe I should call her. I pick up the phone and dial her number. It's ringing.
"Joe it's 3:17am, what do you want." Lauren says in a croaky voice.
"Oh sorry, I can call back in the morning."
"No it's fine, so what did you want to tell me."
"Erm....well-"
"Well?"
"W-will you be my girlfriend." I build confidence as I speak"
"Yes Of course Joe!!" She replies
"Well good night" I feel as a smile cracks in her face
"Goodnight talk to you in the morning"
She puts the phone down. I guess I'm off to sleep.
Lauren's pov
I woke to a text from Joe,
What I said last night, I wasn't joking x
I know x I text back.
Can I come over soon x
Sure, why not does 1 sound ok x

I hear a knock at the door, I totally forgot Joe was coming. Before answering the door I check to see if Georgia was in, nope. I open the door to see Joe with flowers. There beautiful. "Thank you so much" I say with a huge smile on my face, he passed them to me and I invite him in. We both walking into the kitchen. I see a note from Georgia (because texts are too mainstream)
Lauren , I've gone out with Marcus I'll be back soon to pick up some stuff (I might be sleeping over.) if you need me text or call me <3.
I placed the flowers on the side and gave Joe a huge hug. He hugged me so tightly that my feet lifted of the ground. These hugs were cute.
I placed the flowers in some water and put them on the fire place.
"Thank you." Joe says
"For....?" I say looking confused.
"For saying yes!" Joe says standing up and pulling me up with him. He puts on my favourite song, HEAVEN, by Troye Sivan (that song is the best song).
"May I have this dance" he grabs my hands and places them on his shoulders. Then places his hands on my hips, we are slowly dancing all around the house. Till we end back up back we're we started, the living room. We sat sat down on the couch and before we knew we we're both asleep on each other
