Chapter 7: Fall

"And the winner's for the Second Round Match #3 is T and Cindy! Give them a cheer folks!" Everyone cheered for the short battle against two members of Team LAVA: Lillie and Alivn. Cindy did all the fighting while T just stood there unfazed through the battle. They left the arena and saw Redrum and Xeo waiting for them. "We getting closer?" Xeo asked pulling another cigar and offer Redrum some, but he just crushed it. "Oh come on! Stop messing up my cigars!" "I hate smoking and drinking." "But you drink Beer." Cindy sighed "Only the type that wouldn't get really drunk. Here big guy." She gave him enough money to buy them a drink. Xeo groans "Teacher's Pet." "Man whore." "Enough! You want the money, then wait until we get the job done." T ordered them and they stopped arguing. T walked off alone leaving Xeo pulling out another cigar. "So...are you really the boss?" "Do you really want the money? Then I suggest keeping your mouth shut."

Cole and Smoke were laughing their butts off "Damn you actually made up that plan in the mid of battle? Quick thinker!" He gave Cole a knuckle sandwich. "Bro! Stop!" Everyone laugh at Cole and Smoke. In the small room of Team CKFF, Teams RWBY, JNPR, SMOK, and the couple Issac and Roxy all celebrating for their victories. "Me and Snow Angel will kick up the 5th match up with a Yang!" Yang said only getting groans or chuckles. "I can't wait for the Third Round. I think we're gonna win this tournament." Flash smirked, but he looked at Yang who was glaring at him. "...Well...not if...Babe wins." Yang smiled again. Pyhrra chuckled "Well I hope we'll all have fun." Merlin blushed and looks at Cole. "Well that was a great match Cole." Merlin giggled. Cole blushed "Uh thanks Merlin. Maybe later we'll get a match between you and I." "Oh definely a 'Match' alright." Cole and Merlin blushed "Smoke!" Smoke laughed out loud. Roxy sneaked over to them "You two make a good couple." Both gasped "Mom!" Cole yelled trying to hide his blush. Kuri kissed Smoke's cheek and he blushed "Kuri!" "Oh come on its cute when you blush." Osborn smiled and pour herself a drink of Root Beer. "Alright everyone. We all know why we are here other than the victory celebrition." Flare begun. "We also got you all here to cheer for Cole and us to have an awesome fight against the other members." Ruby noticed it was Yang's and Weiss' turn for the Second Round. "Lets go guys. Their match is up and we need to cheer for them." Ruby said as Yang and weiss smiled. "Me and Nora are next after you two." Pyhrra smiled.

After seeing the Second Round Matches, everyone looked at the people who are going into the Third Round. Some of the students such as Yang, Cole, Penny, Pyhrra, Mercury, and even T on the circle arena before them. "Here are the matches for the Third Round!" everyone looked up the matches that are going happen next week. Mercury sighed to see hes up against Yang herself. Pyhrra looked at Penny who waved at her. Cole looked T. He was certain that the match is gonna be awesome. "Heh hey T!" T looked at Cole. "I hope we'll have a great fight!" He put his right thumb up. T smirked under their mask and walked away as the whole crowd cheered. Cole felt a cold shiver going down his spine. "..."

 

The next day,

"Cole!" Kai yelled at him to wake up, but he slept like a rock. Flare got dressed "Ah leave him. He has been studying all night for the next fight. I think he should get as much rest as he can. Yang's match is coming up and Flash went up ahead to wish her luck. Lets go." Kai sighed and gets up. "Alright. Lets go watch the match." They both left him asleep. Kai and Flare were walking up to the flying stadium in the sky. "I hate flying." Flare remark. Kai chuckled "Oh calm down."

Flash was already sitting down with Ren, Jaune, Pyhrra, Nora, Ruby, Blake, and Weiss. Then Flare and Kai joined them. "Wheres Cole?" Merlin asked suddenly apppeared behind Kai. "Well hes asleep." "Oh okay. I gotta check on something." She then left them. "Well that was weird....anyways." Blake looked at the Match. Everyone looked at Yang and Mercury as the battle was about to begin..

 

Merlin knocked Team CKFF's door. She waited and waited. "Uh? The door's unlock!" Cole answered as he gets up from his bed. Merlin opened the door to see Cole Fox wearing only his red long Johns. He wasn't fully aware that Merlin basically saw him naked. Merlin's face turned red as a tomato. When Cole was fully aware, he too was red as a tomato. "OHMYGOD!I'MSOSORRYIDIN'TMEANTO!" She was about to leave the room "NO!NO!NO! WAITIDIDN'TKNOW!IT'SOKAY!" He grabbed his normal jeans and underwear and ran into the bathroom. Merlin covered her face 'WHAT THE HELL SMOKE! HES A JACKASS!' She yelled in her thoughts. After getting fully dressed, both calm down and started talking. "So what brings you here? Trying to babysit me again even after my growth spurt?" She shook her head no. "No. I just came here to...check on you." She answered shyly. Cole rubbed his chin "Why are you shy around me all the sudden? Ever since you got into the 3rd year of Beacon and my growth spurt, you have been so shy around me...Please tell me what I did wrong? I'm worried about my favorite babysitter." Cole looked at her with a concern look and knee down to her level. She blushed and felt touched that he was worried about her. "....Want the honest truth? Then please answer my question." Cole raised his eyebrow.

 

Yang swings her fist to hit Mercury, but he dodged. "Well this match has just begun folks and already the match is exciting for our audience!" Port yells as everyone cheers. Kai's scroll rung and he answered it. "Kai come to Beacon quickly." Kai looked at his scroll as the call ended. "Sorry guys. My Uncle needs me. See ya." Kai left the group on his own while Flare and Flash were watching the match. The match was amazing and the Match ended with Yang being the winner! "WOOOO! YEAH YANG BABY!" "GOOD JOB YANG!" Everyone cheered for Yang. Flash smiled, but he felt something...bad. "Hm?" Suddenly Yang went back into a fighting position? "Hm?....Babe? What is sh-" Then the unthinkable happened...

 

Kai with Penny and Zero finally got up to Ozpin's Office to see Qrow, Ironwood, Glynda, and Ozpin waiting for them. "What is it Uncle?" Kai asked "It's about the Guardian of the Maidens. We found her." Kai looked at Ozpin with a aw look. "Who is it?" Penny asked. Suddenly Kai's Scroll was ringing and Ironwood's Walkie Talkie was on "Sir! One 0f the students in the first match broke the other's leg!" Kai's eyes widen "What?! Yang did what?!" Kai couldn't believe what he was told. "......They're here........" Ozpin sighed.

Yang was just arrested by Altas Soldiers and Mercury is taken in the doctors. Flash couldn't believe Yang would break someone's leg. He ran with Ruby, Weiss, and Blake to check on Yang. Flare felt something familiar about Mercury...He didn't know what. "....What the hell Yang...."
