Marcel and I dated for the rest of our high school years. We even moved to New York and went to music school. I played piano and trumpet, and Marcel played guitar and flute. He sang a little too, his voice was amazing. As for me, I sounded like a screeching cat, so I stuck to playing instruments. Laura and I were still friends but not as close as we used to be. She went to Washington to go to Washington State University. I call her once in a while and I found out she wants to be an English major. As for Sarah and Gina, I talk to them sometimes. Sarah moved to California and Gina moved to Florida for college. Last time I called Sarah, she was talking about her new boyfriend, Michael. She was going on and on about how sweet he was like giving flowers, jewelry, and other gifts. She babbled about his nice personality, he was smart and lovable, he seemed like a keeper to Sarah. Laura was seeing a few people here and there, but she didn't find anyone she liked yet. She had pretty high standards like attractiveness, good personality, excellent manners, and is a gentleman. All she ever found were jerky slobs with no manners whatsoever, I hope she finds the one soon.

I bet you are asking, what happend to Mackenzie? Well, I didn't see her in high school since she was expelled. I headed back to my hometown to visit my family on my senior year of college and I headed to a Mcdonald's for lunch. The cashier looked familiar, but I couldn't put my finger on it. She spoke in a monotone voice, and that's when I realized who it was. It was Mackenzie. But, that was five years ago, who knows where she is now.

Three years ago, Marcel proposed to me when he took me to dinner in Paris. Of course, I said yes and we held a wedding a month later. We did a traditional wedding in a chapel. The floors were covered in rose petals and the decor were gold and white. I invited Laura, Gina, and Sarah and they became my bridesmaids. Of course, it was the best day ever. A year later, we had a daughter named Alicia. She just had her 2nd birthday party, and we hired a bouncy house.

I am now 27 years old and we still live in New York. We live in a big apartment in Midtown. I am currently a music teacher in an elementary school that's a block away from our apartment building. Marcel ran a popular guitar shop around the corner.

Sometimes, that nerd from school could end up being your groom.
