We Kissed

Johnny's POV
I was in pain when the nurse told me she has amnesia. She still is looking good though. She was wearing a grey shirt with a white jacket, jeans, and her boots.

After Two-bit introduced us, I said, "Do you remember us?" She shook her head-no. Pony said, "Well, we're your friends."

She said, "Ok well, where's my dad?" Darry said, "Well kid, your dad was killed." She looked down and said, "What about my mom?"

Darry said, "She died in a train accident." She said, "So, even if I do get better I won't remember them?" Soda said, "You have us kid."

She said, "Yeah, but I want my parents with me. A tear fell down my cheek, and I ran out of there as fast as I could.

I heard footsteps behind me. I walked out of the hospital, and than I turned around. Ponyboy was the one who followed me.

He said, "Hey Johnny, it's gonna be ok. We'll get through this." I said, "But what if we don't, what if she forgets all about us and doesn't remember us? Than what?"

He said, "There's no way she'll forget us. She loves us too much." I smiled and said, "Yeah, I just hate seeing my friends in pain let alone watching them not remembering who they are." He said, "I know."

Abby's POV
When they let me out, everyone took me to the Curtis house. When I opened the door, Two-bit got chocolate cake and turned on Mickey Mouse.

I laughed and said, "I remember one of my best friends was addicted to this show." All eyes were on me.

Two-bit said, "Do you remember his name?" I said, "Um yeah it was...Keith!" They all busted out laughing, and I was confused. So, I went on a walk.

I even forgot what and how this whole amnesia thing happened. I was about two blocks away when a red mustang pulled up beside me.

One of the guys came out and said, "Hey baby, need a ride?" I said, "No, thanks just taking a walk." He said, "Well, that wasn't really a question."

The next thing I know four guys are surrounding me with switchblades. A familiar voice says, "Hey leave her alone!" I turned to my right and saw Johnny.

The guy pulled the switchblade up to my throat, pulled my hands behind my back, and said, "Take one more step, and she gets it."

I kicked him on the shins, making him stumble backwards. Johnny took care of the guys, and soon enough they all piled in their car and drove off.

I hugged Johnny and said, "Thank you, you saved me." When I pulled away, the next thing I knew we were both leaning in. And than, we kissed.

Sparks flew and everything felt magical. When we pulled away, I looked in his eyes and remembered. I said, "Johnny?"

He said, "You remember me?" I backed away and said, "Yeah and I also remember Ponyboy."
