Falling For Wait You?

This past week, I have made three new friends: Angel, Miley, and Sarah. I woke up, and they all came over to get me ready for tonight. I mean this is my first date, and I was excited.

Miley did my makeup, but she didn't do too much because it's going to be dark outside, Angel did my outfits and Riley was busy straightening my hair.

I was wearing a black shirt (the style I don't normally wear), my leather jacket, and blue jeans. So, maybe not an everyday outfit.

When we were all done to my surprise it was dark, Riley said, "Ok Abby, and the final touch (she handed me a rose) a rose."

I said, "Thank you guys so much it's 6:50, but I guess I'll be early." They all cheered me on as I walked out the door.

As I stepped on his porch, I looked through the window to the living room to find Ponyboy kissing another girl, and not just any girl - Cherry Valance!

I threw down the rose and started to run, I didn't know where to I just kept on running.

Johnny's POV
I was talking to Soda and Steve at the DX when a girl ran past the store. From the window, I saw her running, looked like she'd been crying. Than I realized, she was Abby.

Abby's POV
I ran past the DX and heard my name being called by Johnny in his sweet soft voice.

I quickly stopped, turned around, and ran in his arms. I finally manage to say, "Oh Johnny, it was awful, just awful."

He pulled me closer to him and said, "What happened?" I pulled his arm and said, "Follow me."

We ran to my favorite spot that no one knew about besides the lot. When we stopped, more tears streamed down my face.

I haven't ever cried this much because I've always been taught to stay strong, but I just couldn't stop!

Johnny brushed away my tears with his thumb, and pulled me closer to him. For once in my life, I felt safe.

I could tell he wasn't use to me being around which was ok. He spoke softly, "So, what happened? Did Ponyboy do this to you?"

I nodded my head and said, "I saw him kissing Cherry Valance." He looked so sad like a lost puppy and said, "I'll be right back."

I grabbed his hand and said, "Please stay here with me." He sat back down and said, "I would never leave you."

I said, "Thank you." He blushed and said quietly, "You look nice by the way." I blushed and said, "It's not an everyday look, but I think I rock it."

We both laughed. Am I starting to fall for Johnny? That whole night we sat under the stars and connected them.

We even found Mickey Mouse characters. I curled up to his shoulder and fell asleep.

Johnny's POV
I watched as she fell asleep, she looked so peaceful. I felt mad that Pony did that to her. Who would ever want to hurt Abby?

I just realized something...I like Abby. I looked at her one more time as I fell asleep.
