Chapter- Kathryn VS. Akio Hiroki!!!

Oh, Annabel. You've always found a way to get yourself into trouble. This one is actually doing damage, though. Damage to me. Damage to the guild. Damage to everything....

It has been 4 weeks since Annabel has disappeared. We've gotten some progress. Well, the guild has gotten some progress. I have gotten TONS of information. Enough information to know EXACTLY where Akio is. I'm actually heading there now. I'm by myself because I can't let anybody in the guild get hurt because of my dumb-ass mistakes. I would never be able to live with myself if that happened. So, I am going by myself.

I've been traveling for 3 days now. Actually, I am right outside where he is. He is inside the Akane Forest. He chose this place because akane means "brilliant red" in Japanese and my favorite color has always been red. There was also a forest fire her on September 16th. September 16th is my birthday and I love fire. This was also the place we met AND the place Akio "died".

I put the hood of my cloak up and climb the nearest tree, smelling the air to find the scent of Akio. 'Found you...'. I smirk and follow the scent by jumping from tree to tree. I have to stop and hide every now and then when one of his minions comes, but I end up arriving at hid "headquarters".

I sit in the tree and watch his back. I then catch a scent that brings relief to me. Annabel's lovely, lavender and honey scent. I smile a bit and let out a breath that I didn't know I was holding. I adjust my foot, but gasp as I adjust it to far and start to fall. I land on the ground with a low 'THUMP'. Akio turns around and look around, smirking as his eyes land on my body. I groan in frustration and slowly stand up, keeping my eyes on Akio, "Where is she?" I saw in a low growl.

Akio chuckles, slowly walking closer, "Oh I can't tell you just yet, darling. I'm still not done with her. Don't worry. It'll be over soon. Maybe in about, ohhhhhh, 2 days?? You'll see her again. Sort of." All of a sudden, everything goes black.

The only thing I hear is a little girl yelling, "MOMMY!!" Then, all of my senses are gone.

Pain. That's what I am feeling at this moment. It hurts so bad. I try to open my eyes, but that makes it worse. I can't move no matter how hard I try. Nothing is working.

"Wake up."

All of a sudden, my eyes snap open. I sit up, my face meeting Akio's. He smirks and catches my head, forcing his lips onto my own. I furrow my eyebrows and push him off, "What is WRONG with you?"

Akio keeps his stupid smirk, "Nothing, darling! I just wanted to kiss you again. You've always had the softest lips. Mmmm.....You still taste like coffee and strawberries." He sighs and stands up, crossing his arms over his chest, "Get up. You shouldn't get dirty! You have to watch something!"

I growl, but stand up. I'd rather not attack just yet. I need to make a plan and then go with it. I sigh "How long was I out? WHY was I out?"

Akio chuckles, "You were only out for close to a day and a half. We need to get you dressed! You need to look good for the people!"

I furrow my eyebrows, "You didn't answer my other question. Why was I out?" I then shake my head, "What do you mean, 'look good for the people'?"

Akio sighs, "You'll find out soon! BOYS! Take my dear Kathryn to Sandalia so she can get ready!"

All of a sudden, I am pushed a bit, making me walk. I walk forward, letting the guys lead me. When we are farther away from Akio I chuckle, "So, what should I call you two?"

One of them makes a little snicker, "Call me Theo. Now, let me give you a little tip on Akio. No matter how much you beg, he will never care, so, don't try that."
