I'm so sorry

Kathy's P.O.V.

After talking about what happened and setting things straight. We all decided to watch The Vow to 'cheer me up.'

After the movie everyone left and it was just me and Landyn in the living room waiting for my parents to answer the Skype call.

"We won't tell them unless you want to." Landyn said next to me as I was looking at my hands in my lap desperately trying not to  cry.

"No they should know. I don't keep things from them, and I'm not gonna start now cause of him." I said. As a traitor slide down my cheek just as my parents answered the call. I tried to wipe it away quickly but more and more tears came rolling down my cheek.

"Kathy what's wrong princess? Did something happened to you? What did that boy do? I swear if he hurt my baby girl I'll make him regret coming into your life!" My dad started. You can tell when he's getting mad or worried.

"Hi daddy. Hi mommy." I said a litte quietly but loud enough for them to hear.

"What's wrong honey? Why are you crying?" My mom asked after our little silence.

"He cheated on me and only wanted to date me to get into my pants." I said quietly but I can tell they still heard me.

"That's it your coming back home. It's bad enough that your far way from us. And now this. Princess your coming home. Start packing, your coming back to the castle or we'll find somewhere else you can be8." My dad said. Saying he's mad and sad is an understatement.

"No daddy. I can't just run away from this. You taught me to never back down. You taught me to fight back. And trust me I got something on him and that slut he cheated on me with." I said

"Kathy Elizabeth Galvan watch you language. I know you're upset but there's no need to be calling people names!" She scolded me

I lifted my arms up in surrender. "I'm sorry but she is. She slept with Nate and almost all the guys in the school and maybe some of their parents for all I know. And what's worse is that she's on the team. I had to enforce rules back in England. Looks like I'm gonna have to do it here too." I said

"You do that baby girl. I'll order more security there to make sure he doesn't get in. You know we love you and it pains us to see you like that and it hurts not to be there to help you through this. It also pains us that your not with us. The castle seems so lifeless and the media is starting to ask questions about you." My dad said.

I see my mom crying silently. I busted out crying. "Mom don't cry. You know I'm sensitive when it comes to seeing people I love cry. Mommy please don't. I'll be home before you know it." I said leaning into Landyn who has been quiet the whole time.

He pulled me onto his lap and held me. As my dad did the same to my mom. Soothing her and calming her down.

"I'll just post on Instagram some old pictures of me on the beach and in California and say I'm on a trip visiting old friends. The media doesn't know about the engagement yet so keep that out of the press for while longer please." I said and they both nodded in agreement.

"It's gonna be all over the news, magazines, newspapers, social media. Everything. The engagement will be kept out of it but I don't know how much longer we can hide it. You're to get married after graduation you know that. You only have till May to live your life sweetie." My mom said.

"Landyn I hope your protecting my little girl. I don't care if I've known you your whole life or that you're her best friend. If you let her get hurt again like what happened here a few years ago. I won't hesitate to put you in jail or 6 ft under ground" My dad threatened.
