DANICA's POV
"Good morning, Sir!" I greeted Kael as he came so early to the office.
"Morning." he simply stated then went inside.
Kinuha ko 'yung supot ng Starbucks na binili ko kanina. Buti nalang nasa mood ako today. Well actually, I'm always on the mood. Its been almost two weeks of working here. Maayos naman 'yung trabaho ko, although mostly ay overtime kami dahil sobrang busy ng company for their new project.
Iyong tungkol rin sa'min ni Kael ay ayos rin naman. We're working here professionally. I can tell that he's really a workaholic person. Focus siya masyado sa trabaho niya.
I opened the door and went in. Nakita kong abala siya sa laptop niya. Inilapag ko ang kape sa harap niya.
"Caffe latte." I smiled at him. Kinuha niya ito at sumimsim ng kaunti.
"Thanks," he said not looking at me. "By the way, cancel all my meetings for today."
I checked my planner. "Pati po ba 'yung important lunch meeting with Mr. Tan?"
"No. Cancel all my meetings in the afternoon. We'll go to Quezon to check the site."
Tumango ako. Nung wala na siyang inutos ay lumabas na ako. I sat on my chair. Habang busy ako sa pagta-type sa computer ay tumunog ang phone ko. I roamed my eyes around before I could get my phone on the table.
Its a message from an unknown number again. Ito 'yung nag-text last last week.
Hi! How are you? :)
Stop texting me, dumbass. I am working here.
Inis ko itong ibinalik sa table. As I was about to type again, tumunog ulit ito. Kinuha ko na and read his message.

Who are you? Are you really that stupid to read my message? I said I'm working so please stop texting!!
I received another. Napapikit nalang ako. Sino ba kasi ito? I asked him who is he pero hindi niya ako sinasagot. Baka pinaglalaruan lang ako nito o ano.

Iritado ko itong sinend sa kanya. Luckily, he didn't replied anymore. Bumukas ang pinto ng opisina at lumabas si Kael.
"Are you working or texting?" he asked me seriously.
I hastily kept my phone back. "I'm sorry."
He just stared at me before he went back to his office. I shrugged my shoulders.
"So I'm expecting that the Tan Enterprise will be our supplier for a year contract?" Kael assured this man, which I knew Mr. Tan.
We're having our lunch meeting in a restaurant. I wanted to focus myself in taking down notes and assisting Kael but this old hag man kept on throwing malicious stares on me during the whole duration of the meeting. Parang nababastusan ako sa paraan ng pagtitig niya sa'kin. I wanted to cut his eyeballs to death.
"Yeah. That's it for today, Mr. Padilla." finally he stood up and we did the same, "I hope we can have a good partnership together."
Nakipagkamayan sila sa isa't-isa. Mr.Tan gave me a smile but I didn't smiled back. Umalis na kami ng restau pagkatapos. Sumakay kami sa kotse ni Kael since diretso na kami sa Quezon para bisitahin 'yung site doon.
