Wild Hearts (Kion x reader)

Chapter 2

You were calmly stalking your prey, ears up, to detect any sign of Kion,  while you were waiting for the perfect moment to pounce. Lowering yourself and getting ready to pounce, you pushed you paws onto the earth and-

" Hey Y/N!" The gazelles who heard his loud, loud call ran in the opposite direction.  

"Oh just kill me." You lay on your back, completely giving up, "Why do you always have to disturb me while I'm hunting?" This was the fourth time in 2 weeks. 

"I think it's funny." You groaned, annoyed.  "What Kion? What do you need." You growled, trying to smile through gritted teeth. 

"Huh,  well someone woke up on the wrong end of the den." 

"Just get to the point. " 

"I want you to meet my friend, Bunga." You looked down, only noticing the honey badger now. 

"Oh, hello." You said politely, " Hey! Why don't I get a getting like that." Rolling your eyes, you looked back to the honey bagder. "Anyway how are you doing? Is Zuka Zama treating you right?"

"Zuka-? What?" You asked, confused. "No! Don't ask!" Kion cried, over-dramatically and the honey badger gasped,  "What's Zuka-Zama?" He began to sing and you raised an eyebrow in question. 

He strode to a thick branch on a rock and continued singing obnoxiously. You pushed the other end of the branch causing him to fall flat on his face, "No singing! You explain to me in sentences not lyrics, or I walk, or better yet eat you because I'm supposed to be hunting right now." You glared at Kion and he laughed sheepishly.

"You're not really gonna eat him, right?" 

"NO!"
