Wild Hearts (Kion x reader)

Chapter 10

Wow....It's been a month since I posted the first chapter.....wow.....kinda funny that the first and the last chapter is on the same day. ^-^ Yes it's the last chapter of this book. I hope you all have enjoyed.

The world is so....beautiful. You said goodbye as you took your last breaths. The world slowly lost all it's color and you faded away, a pain in your chest as you die-

You gasped for air and panted heavily. You were alive! You were alive even through all of that! Giving yourself a pat on the back, you got up to go to Kion, but winced  and sat down, your body ached and the cuts you had gotten weren't very pleasant either. Slowly, adjusting to your cuts you got up and walked to where you had last seen Kion. 

Kion looked at the river, there was no sign of you. His expression fell and Jonjon cackled, "You were too late Kion!" Kion looked at him, furious, he growled lowly, and took his stance, "You'll pay for that, hyena!" His eyes contracted and he roared furiously. "Oh shoot." Jonjon commented as he and his pack were blown away by the roar. 

Just as Kion heard the thump of their landing, the realization hit him. You were dead. Tears sprng to his eyes. You were dead. The words clawed at his ears. You were dead. His stomach pit-fell. You were dead. His world seem to spin. You were dead.

"Stop it! STOP IT!" He yelled at the voice in his head, that seemed to cackle at the pain in his heart. He ran, trying to get away from the voice but it kept growing stronger. You were dead. "I-I know! She's dead!" He stopped at let his tears flow, you were gone. 

"K-Kion, no..please don't cry." He spun around at the sound of the familiar voice, "(Y-Y/N)?" The twilight of the moon, made your eyes sparkle , he thought you'd never looked more pretty than now. He sniffed and smiled burying his face in your neck.

You backed away, "N-No Kion you can't." "I can't what?" "You can't love me, I-I lied to you, I manipulated you and I hurt you. You shouldn't love me." You looked down in shame. "Your not gonna get rid of me that easily." You giggled at his comment and he continued to nuzzle you neck. You took a step behind and fell on your back. Kion, who was no on top of you, smiled charmingly and gently licked your cheek. 

"I love you, Kion." "Heh, You finally said it." He chuckled and laid down beside you. 

"Good night." "G'night." "You're an idiot." "I know." "Love you." "Love you too." "Today was something." "Let me sleep."

You woke at the break of dawn, way before Kion. He was still snoring. Nuzzling his head a bit, you said goodbye, "I love you~" You cooed and walked away, you were going Karamount river!

Kion woke up at noon, realizing that you were not by his side, he instantly knew where you went. Strutting back to the Lair, the Lion Guard was surprised when they heard his story.

"Your not gonna go look for her?" 

"No...she'll come back...I know she will, she loves me."
