Wild Hearts (Kion x reader)

Chapter 7

"Dang it Kion! How'd you even know we were gonna be here?" Jonjon growled. "The Lion Guard will always defend the circle of life! Always! There's no need to know how we came to know, because when you're going to do something wrong, the Lion Guard will always stop you!" 

"Yeah yeah and also (Y/N) told him~!" Bunga started to make kissy faces which caused Fuli to snort, and Beshte to burst into laughter. Kion's cheeks turned pink. "Th-That's not the point!" He stammered. 

Jonjon raised a brow, "(Y/N) huh, come on boys, we've got some business to take care of." Jonjon said, retreating. Usually he'd leave because of fear, but today he had the feeling of vengeance brewing deep within him, not for the Lion Guard, but someone who is supposed  to be working for him.

The next day, you were meeting with Jonjon, you were alerted by Mzingo earlier that morning. Standing on flat ridge rock, nervousness causing you throat to go dry, your knees to buckle and for you to wish that you were with Kion right now.

"Ah (Y/N)" Jonjon walked up. "J-Jonjon, why the sudden call?" "My pack got defeated by the Lion Guard yesterday, as you may have heard." You nodded.

 "But I'm just wondering, how on earth would the Lion Guard know that we were attacking even when Ono can't see?" You stayed silent. 

"Well, when I asked Kion, he mentioned......you." You gulped, "I-I was with company, if I did not alert Kion they would have become suspicious." "Who were you with?" "K-Kiara's friends." "Hm....you didn't tell me you were thing close to them." "I-I didn't think it was necessary." Jonjon growled and slapped you, causing a cut to your face.

"Next time you'll tell me everything!" You nodded, frightened. "Now, it interests me that you have a close relationship with Kion." Jonjon chuckled evilly, "I want you to lure him into a trap." What? You-You couldn't! You wouldn't! 

"I-I can't..." "You can't or you won't?" "I-I can't..." "You will! You want to see your parents again, don't you?" You sniffed and nodded, "That's a good little lion."
