Chapter 23: Tell it Like it is

--- Hope POV ---

You know how I said that when I wake up Harry would be right there? Well, I kind of wished that he hadn’t been right now.

Now don’t panic or anything, it’s nothing bad I promise you... I may have just… punched him? OK! I’m sorry alright! He startled me! When I woke up someone was moving and I freaked out and struck out… and punched Harry’s chest.

I may have given the impression that I actually hurt Harry, but I assure you it was the other way around. His chest is hard!

When I punched him he only laughed while I curled my hand back into myself. It hurt Goddamnit! Well… hurt for my sleep addled brain. I squeaked a little; only awake enough to register a small amount of pain. The next thing I remember is being lifted into warm comforting arms. I sighed a breath of content and snuggled into his warm arms further. I felt Harry’s lips on my forehead pulling me closer to place my face in the crook of his neck. I realised fleetingly that there were camera’s going off around us, but I couldn’t muster enough energy to care.

I know that the sun was still high in the sky, signalling midday but with Harry’s essence wrapped around me, sleep wasn’t too far away.

--- Harry POV ---

‘TIRED ON TOUR’

‘Hope Cameno was seen recently in Mexico City, probably due to the fact that her lushust boyfriend, Harry Styles is also there for even more concerts. The boys are around halfway into their tour now and can we just say; they are doing swimmingly!

Normally when we say people were seen, we mean that they were walking around the city or something equally as productive. However, Hope, being Hope as usual, was not in the slightest bit conventional. Wearing trackies and a tank top, Hope was lifted out of One Direction’s car by her loving boyfriend and carried into the hotel. Totally zunked out.

Is tour getting too tiring Hope?

It was an interesting sight to see to say the least, what with Hope’s amazingly long legs and hair hanging over the sider of Harry’s arms. However, they seemed shortened as the designer curled herself into his frame, face buried into his neck with his face equally buried in her hair.

I think I just felt a million girl’s hearts scream in their chests and even more ‘awww’ at the couples frequent PDA’s. 

Can I hear you scream ‘Adorable!’?

The two seem almost inseparable at the moment, and who wouldn’t be? Just last month we discovered that the couple has been dating a year as stud Harry made a special announcement during their show in Barcelona on the 22nd of May. I know, I know! How could we not know of such a thing? Well, they kept it pretty under wraps and only announced they were dating around nine months into their relationship – or so we’ve calculated. How in the hell did they manage that one we wonder?  I would say with hard work and determination. In my opinion, I think it was the best thing that could’ve happened to their relationship, because when they finally did come out together… well, you saw it for yourself guys; pure love.

Still, I bet everyone is majorly excited for the boy’s first North America concert! Coincidentally coinciding with Hope’s 19th birthday. We can only wonder if there is going to be something special in their itinerary for the show that night.”

As I put the magazine down I rub my hands together. I, of course knew that Hope and I had been together for a year now, but, we weren’t together for the anniversary of the day we met, nor when I asked her to be my girlfriend. She’d had to finalise some stuff at her work and well, I was too busy with the tour to be able to fly back to England to see her, no matter how much I wanted to. I did however, make the effort to mention her, as the article said, during our Barcelona show. It was small and I wished she was there so that I could see her smiling face as I spoke to her.
