Broken

       *Tony's POV*

 I stare at my phone. I have a photo of Alli and I on the screen. I let a single tear fall  down my already tear stained face. I've been sitting in the hospital waiting area for 26 hours and haven't been able to sleep. The doctors haven't told me anything, so I've been having to play the waiting game. I shove my earbuds in and shuffle the songs on my ipod. It shuffled  to Scientist by Coldplay. Tears brimmed my eyes and when he sang, Nobody said it was easy, I just broke. I threw the ipod at the wall shattering it into little pieces. My back hit the wall and I slid down. I put my head on my knees and just cry. I let everything out. Alli is everything, she's my everything. I cannot lose her. I love her. I love everything about her. The way she smiles every time I walk into the room, the way she blushes when I kiss her, they way that she snuggles up into my side when  she's asleep, the way she crinkles her nose when she laughs, they way she furrows her eyebrows when she is frustrated, the way she says I love you to me when I'm mad, and the way she knows exactly what I'm feeling before I do.  I put my face in my hands and just sob. I wish crying would make it go away. Make all the pain we just went through go away. I look up when I hear footsteps from down the hall. I spot Rhodey.

*Rhodey's POV*

  "Tony I heard what..." I say, but one look at his face and you can see he just needs a hug.

"Tony" I say before walking up to him and bro hug him. He sobs into my chest and a few tears fall from my eyes. Alli has been my best friend since she moved to New York, I never want to lose her. I looked down at a broken Tony. I know that he tries so hard to be strong and that comes with in consequences. Like this, when he breaks he really breaks. Tony looks at me with his puffy red, bloodshot, puppy dog eyes. Alli has changed him big. With Pepper Tony was still the same Tony, but with Alli he is a totally different person. I let go of Tony when I see the doctor walk into the room.

"Got any news doc?" I ask.

"Yes we do actually." The doctor says in a monotone voice.

"She's dead isn't she! NO!" Tony yells while crying hysterically.

"Actually sir, she will be fine. I came to tell you that she wants to see Tony." He said.

"YES! See Rhodey I told you she would be okay!" He yelled while skipping toward Alli's room.

"Hey Tony!" I yell. Tony turns around with that stupid grin on his face. "I've got work. Tell Alli I'll come to see her later." I finish.

"Haha! Loser. You got work!" Tony replies while placing his fingers in the shape of an L on his forehead.

"Whatever Tony." I tell him before walking out of the hospital. 

*Tony's POV*

I take a deep breath. I walk into Alli's room. She was sitting in her bed flipping through the channels on the T.V. Even in this hospital room she has never looked so beautiful.

"Liam Neeson has entered the room!" I announce as I walk in.

"Hi Liam." Alli said with a smile. God did I miss that smile. "You still don't sound like him though."

"What should i do this?" I ask. "I don't know who you are, but I will find you and I will Kill You." I say in a low voice while pointing at her.

"You sound just like him babe." She answers with a giggle. I lean down and kiss her. God did I miss her lips. After we pull apart. I sit down in a chair and put my feet on her bed. I look at the T.V and see that she has Taken on. I look at her and see she's smiling every time Liam Neeson talks.

"I don't get this movie." I comment.

"What is there not to get?" She asks.

"Liam Neeson trained Batman, Obi Wan, and Darth Vader. He is both Aslan and Zeus, and he punches wolves. How do they think that it's a good idea to kidnap his family?" I answer.
