Niall's POV

When we got far enough we sat down at a park. But not just any park. The park where I met Riley so many years ago. Before I met the boys. Before she knew Cat. She was here with Ana and I was here with my old friend Brad. We were friends until he dated Riley and cheated on her. Let's just say we were no longer friends after that. He knew how much I liked her, and how shy I was with girls. So he made the first move. And broke her heart. Just like I did. Wow. I looked over at her. She was looking down. I knew she wanted to cry.

"Hey, don't cry." I said.

She looked up with tears in her eyes. Shit.

"Riley, don't cry." I said again.

"I'm sorry. I just forgot how bad the press can get." She said.

"Do you remember this park?" I asked.

"Of course I do. This is where we first met." She said.

"And where we had our first kiss. Over there on those swings. And when you had enough of everything one night and you came down here because you wanted to be done with everything. But I was here for just the same reason. And we sat here all night and cried. And talked each other out of ending our lives. And then the next day, I told you to get all dressed up and I took you to Raimundo's and I asked you out." I said with a smile.

She sniffled and smiled.

"And then we walked around and ended up back here. And you told me about the audition for X Factor and I was so proud. And then." She stopped.

"And then I told you I had loved you since I first laid eyes on you." I said.

She was quiet. She was trying to avoid eye contact. I looked her right in the eye.

"We have so much history. I don't want to think that I'm the one who ruined it. Please take me back. I'm begging you." I shouted.

She still said nothing. Instead she got up. I was still sitting. She sat on my lap and pressed her soft lips against mine. We kissed and kissed and kissed. She finally pulled away.

"Yes." She said.

I picked her up and spun her around. I kissed her again and again.

"I love you Riley. I love you so much. More than you will ever know." I said.

"I do know. Because I love you just as much." She said.

"For a thousand years?" I asked.

"Forever and always." She said.

I smiled and saw the boys and girls down the street. I grabbed Riley's hand and held it up above our heads. She laughed and hugged me. Life is good. Things were getting back on track.
