I got my name changed today at 9.15am! I'm so happy its unreal Kaitlyn Mary Eileen Findlay officially none existent, dead. I'm so glad honestly it's one of the best things thats ever happened for me to be totally honest. I'm legally known as Blayse Samuel Findlay and I'm so glad I don't have to put up with the wrong name at school and in the community. Any trans person that's got their name legally changed will know the feeling it's the best thing ever because everyone will see you having that name and not the shitty old one.
Even when you have your name that you picked if it's not legally changed it's still one of the best things ever. Having a name you actually want to have instead of the previous birth crap.So I guess it was kinda like being born again a new person to the world, a birthday even. I just need to wait for the future to be known officially as male and I swear I can't wait for that day...no more 'female' shit *smiles*.
