All Beauty Lies Behind The Beast

He looked deep into my eyes, and placed his hands on my face and kissed me. He laughed at me and just sat there watching me. I couldn’t help but feel this sadness over top of us, even though I loved him and even though he loved me I knew that something was wrong. He began to shake again and he grabbed the bed like he was trying to brace himself, but instead he threw me off the bed and I hit the floor with a loud thud. I could feel every part of me in sudden pain, I couldn’t even get up.

  “I told you I w-was d-d-dangerous, Nicole p-please leave n-now” He stuttered.

I tried to get up but he was holding me to the floor, his eyes were full of sorrow, and regret. I started to hyperventilate, I wanted to go home I wanted Tyler to be okay and be that guy I fell in love with. Somewhere along the road I lost him and this monster took over. He must have heard what I had thought because this wicked grin appeared on his face.

“You have no idea what I could do, and you’re right for once, I am a monster and you have just become my prey” He said picking me up with his hand.

I screamed as loudly as I could, he dropped me holding his ears. “Tyler stop, what is wrong with you?”

He ran out of the room, and left me sitting on the floor crying my eyes out. I couldn’t imagine a world without him, and I didn’t want to imagine a world without him. I feared for myself and others that his temper would soon be too much and he would hurt somebody. Intentionally I don’t think so, but it could be an accident. I immediately called Kelsey, I needed help.

  “Kelsey, please help me he has lost it” I said in tears.

“Okay, I will send Damien and Kevin to come handle the situation” She said trying to calm me.

“Kelsey I just want to come home and I can’t even do that”

She sighed. “I am sorry about all of this; as soon as this is over I promise you that I will make sure you get home safely”

“Thank you Kelsey”

She hung up and then it went completely silent. I held myself in the fetal position, all I could do was hope he wouldn’t hurt anybody or himself. I started to fall asleep but as soon as I did somebody knocked on my door. I got up lethargically and answered it.

“Hello, you summoned us?” Damien asked smiling an evil grin.

I stepped back. “I need you to find Tyler that’s all, I don’t want him to hurt anybody” My voice cracked as I said it.

Kevin laughed at me. “You think we would really help you, there comes a time when you must decided what side you are on, and it sure as hell isn’t yours”

“What are you talking about?” I asked freezing in place.

   “If Tyler was to have this happen, Kelsey decided he would have to be killed immediately” Damien said glaring at me.

I backed away slowly to my bed, they looked at each other. “Have your way with me I don’t care, I can scream really loud for help”

The both laughed at me, then turned and looked at me walking forward. “You see we don’t particularly like mating with humans, so your safe; but if you’re going to be hard to get then we might just have to drag you out kicking and screaming”
