You've been gone for so long,
That I'm beginning to think you were a dream.Summer was fun,
But then it ended.
And I don't see you anymore. You don't talk to me.
You shut me out, I think. You were the one to hold me through my differences,
You were the one to make me whole,
You knew I had poor self-esteem,
But still you stayed with me.You showed me that good times come from bad.
So I hope I will see you soon.
Even if you never respond anymore.
And all my times are spent lonely,
Because out of everyone
You still cared about me more.
And more than anyone else.(A/N: Hey guys. I wrote this thing about my best friend. I haven't talked to him in ages and I can't because he's in high school. And I miss him so much because being with him made me so happy and I wish he could be here with me in school now. He said that in tenth grade the might be going to the high school I am and I'm just praying he does. I've tried messaging him on skype but he never responds. The songs for this poem is Fourth Of July by Fall Out Boy and Ocean Avenue by Yellowcard. I'm sorry if I'm coming across as sad. I'm beginning to think I am. But don't worry about me, guys.
