Hi... I guess I'm just sorta writing this for myself and one other DARLING person- I think. But that's cool I guess. I know I've said Anjelica Houston and Raul Julia are Morticia and Gomez and they acted in the movie, which was personally my favourite, but I'm sure Carolyn Jones and John Astin would be amazing as well. Imagine whomever you want... if that makes sense.

"Hey daddy!" A small pudgy boy runs up to him and grabs him by the leg. Gomez smiles down at his son and watches Pugsley and Wednesday walk slowly up to him.

'Would you like me to kill him?" Wednesday holds up a knife, staring after the intruding Frenchman. The knife already drips with blood. "I have a knife."

Gomez smiles at his daughter. "Later. But for now, I think he is harmless." Gomez says slowly.

"People," She spits, "Are never harmless." Wednesday and her brothers walk off.

He looks up at his wife and watches as Monsier Façade's hand that started on Morticia's waist slowly moves dangerously lower. Gomez is now starting to regret refusing his daughter's offer. He walks around slowly past all sorts of extravagent entreprenaurs and celebrities but none can capture his attention like his wife. His eyes never leave the hand down by Morticia's lower waist and he unknowingly moves closer and closer to this man he has learnt to despise in the past minute. Gomez rarely ever despises people- he always seems to get a long with everyone- but this was one man Gomez felt like torturing; and not for pleasure.

"MORTICIA." His voice gets dangerously loud and forceful. She swings around to find herself a centimetre away from her face. She can feel his warm, yet incredibly rushed breaths against her face.

"Gomez, dear. I-" Her smile disappears and he grabs her hand and pulls her forcefully away.

Gomez throws a fake smile towards his hated man. "Excuse us, please." He turns away and pulls his wife into a dancing position- pulls her in closely, protectively until their bodies seem to be so close it was as if they were made to fit tightly together.

"Gomez, what on Earth has gotten into you?" She stares angrily into his eyes. "You vowed you would always ask me to dance! I do not appreciate you forcing me to-"

A new songs begins and he quickly, but gracefully, dips her causing her to lose her sentence. (and her breath) He pulls her back up and glares back. "I do not appreciate you allowing another man to-"

And they fly off- dance off- stepping beautifully in time with the music, and with each other. Each step taken as if they had done it all before. Suddenly the music quietens and they stop as she leans back, supported by him, and flings back up at the beat of a large drum. "Another man to what?"

They slowly dance around in a circle, to a pretty violin, never leaving each other's poisonous glares. He raises his eyebrows, smirking as his hand makes its way to her posterior. Just before he reaches it, she swings herself out of his arms angrily and begins to walk away along to the music.

The bizzare crowd of people attending this ball all stand staring at the empty dancefloor and the only two dancers taking it over.

"Is your husband's touch suddenly foreboding?" She shudders as he whispers into her ear placing a warm hand on her terribly cold shoulder. She swings round taking his hand once again and with the other hand she wraps it round his neck pulling herself in.

Her leg wraps around his body as she whispers into his lips. "No, it is only the way in which he touches me- where he touches me." She begins to push him towards a magnificent glass window. Their crowd seem to find it unusual for a woman to lead a man. But neverless, Morticia has a powerful control over her adoring husband and he finds himself pushed up against the cold pane.

"Or is it just in front of whom?" He sneers. She pushes up against him and he groans softly.

Her hands frame his face as she smiles knowingly. "Not only do they have to respect me, but so do you."

She shakes her head softly as she turns and is guided by his hands around her waist and the knowledge that he is right behind her. Again, he whispers into her ear and as he voice gets more intense, his mouth moves along her neck to the opposite side of her head. "But it seems that no one respects me. No matter whether they understand that you are my wife or not- they do not care that you belong to me."

She turns suddenly to face him and they start their quick and passionate tango around the floor once again. "I am not an object. I know you like to believe that I belong to you, but I am Morticia Addams and the only thing we seem to have in common at the moment, is our surname."

The music stops to them in a very provocative position. She leans back as he leans forward to support her, his head lies softly on her tiny stomach and as she straightens up his eyes move back up to stare into hers, lingering on her deep, rising cleavage for a moment.

"And yet you neglet to mention the children, or the house, or the money, or the bed." He leans in to whisper into her lips. "You cannot say that you do not belong to me, as much as I can say that I do not belong to you." He looks down at her lips almost greedily but soon back up at her eyes as she rips herself away from him and walks away, hips swaying with every step in the direction of their host.

She turns, stopping abruptly. "People," Gomez remembers the face of his daughter. "Are not objects." She turns and walks off once again to join the hateful character.

So... how was it? Intense enough? Anyway, the dance was based on the Flamenco, Tango and Paso Doble. Now, I'm no ballroom dancing expert (I wish) so the moves in this chapter were entirely made up... sort of. So please don't accuse me of trying to choreograph a terrible ballroom dance... cause I seriously have no idea what I was making up... and I sort of just took moves from these three videos: (including the dance from ZORRO!)

*http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fKNdFhu7BIE  - Flamenco

*http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WmrGNp40Qzg -Tango

*http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vZbp82FwoM0 - Paso Doble (ZORRO)

I haven't really found a perfect song to accompany their dance, but the youtube video attached sort of works... sort of.

... Feeling good...

CC;)
