This is just a try... One of the most romantics couples -like- ever!!! Morticia and Gomez are the weirdest but most amazing people ever!!! I will try to include the rest of the incredible Addams family.

Hopefully it's better than I think...

It wasn't the sort of place you would go to with a short skirt. You would step through the large oak doors and feel like you just went back in time to the 18th century. But as Gomez walked in, he grimaced. It was as if the sight before him was actually painful. All the glamorous women in their long pale dresses dancing with slick men in tuxedos.

He was obviously out of place as he made his way down the marble steps. His Spanish shoes tapped on the floor and a few typically-dressed men stared at him in his unusual suit. But his dark eyes seemed to capture the stares of several hungry women.  His outfit scared a few people but he was oblivious to all the stares. He waited at the bottom of the stairway for his wife. He was required to come in first as Morticia had held a bag.

Her mysterious, black bag that could remind anyone of an extra-large spider had to be checked and scanned. Apparantly, to the Addams' great surprise, terrists could be anywhere; even at a Cancer Foundation Ball. The Ball was being held by a foreign man who had just moved to the community. He was only known through rumours and this Ball was his chance to meet the people in the community in person.

However, not everyone was accepted into this magnificent ballroom. Only the richest of the community were accepted. And before they were allowd to enter, they were required to sign a small document. Actually, it was rather large. But many could not be bothered reading through it all and obviously missed the last most important points of the document:

By signing this document,

I, ....(name)

vow that my entire fortune, once I have left my mortal body, will be left to the Façade Cancer Foundation.

Monsieur Façade wrote it himself, which obviously suggests he has quite a sinister mind. Who else would have written, "once I have left my mortal body"?

But the Addamses signed without a second thought. They did read through the whole contract and understood it fully, but they had nothing to lose. They welcomed death. And what was better than leaving their fortune, which had caused them so much trouble in the past, to a Foundation searching for ways to help less fortunate people than themselves?

Gomez stands at the foot of the stairs and glances around him. It is obvious he doesn't like what he sees but at the echo of a loud door swing and he swings around, his face lights up. his smile stretches from ear to ear in that special way of his. And he watches as his wife poses delicately at the top of the large staircase.

Suddenly the orchestra stops, as they finish their last song. the dancers stop as well and stare at the magnificent figure. The rest of the ballroom stare, but Morticia doesn't notice. She glances at the walls as if they interested her for her a second and then looks down at her husband and smiles.

She walks down the stairs slowly and her long black dress trails behind her. Her well-known black tentacles trailing also.*

Her husband takes her hand and his other hand guides its self to her waist as he leads her down the last few steps. But as soon as they step onto the ballroom floor, a tall man with a strong collogne steps in front of them. His eyes move from Morticia's face to her feet. He scans her for a moment and then looks up at her face and smiles.

"Monsier Façade," He bows. He takes Morticia's hand and places a light kiss on the back of her hand.

"Morticia Addams." She nods her head politely and turns her head to her husband.

"Gomez Addams." He smiles and sticks out his hand to be shaken.

But Monsier Façade nodded at Gomez without even glancing at him and took Morticia by the arm and lead her onto the ballroom floor.

"There is a marvelous chandelier in the other room and I must show you." He pulls her away from her husband and she glances behind at Gomez who nods politely.

He stands there and stares as he wife is taken away by the arm of a charming French man that he doesn't trust.
