Krystal's POV
'Soojung can you buy groceries for me. I want make a dinner tonight and invite Amber too. I will text the list letter. ' my mom said in the line. 'Okay mom' I replied cheerfully.
I get dressed. I wear my denim jeans and white tee. As I comb my hair, suddenly Amber peek her head at the door. 'Where are you going? ' she asked curiously. I walked past her 'I'm going to super market. My mom asked to buy groceries for her. Ahh.. and one more thing wait for me. We will going to my parent house this evening. They invited us to have a dinner. ' I said while took my car key. 'Can I tag along? ' she said with puppy eyes. Oh my, it so cute but I said firmly 'No! ' 'But why? ' 'Amber you will be bored. I just want buy a groceries not going to shopping' I'm facing her. 'Hey, I will not get bored if I go with you' she said while wiggle her eyebrow 'Still no! ' I said with straight face 'Please~ please~ Soojung ah~ please. I want to go with you. I promise I will not get bored. Please~~' she said pleadingly while tugging my shirt like a child. Oh my, how can I say no to that. I took a deep breath 'Okay fine but remember do not complain if you get bored. Arasso? ' I warned her 'Okay ma'am' she said excitedly and salute to me. Haha, what a dork. I'm waiting in the car while she change her cloth.
'Okay, we heading now' she said while start the engine. I was gasped at her cloth. What did she... 'Amber why you wearing this? ' I asked while looking at her disbelief 'Wearing what? ' she asked innocent. 'You really like a kid' I said while look to the front. 'Kid? hey this is the trend now. I knew you like it right? Hehe. ' she said giggling while drive off. Seriously you know what she's wearing? She is wearing sleeveless shirt showing her toned bicep and a snapback with short pants. Can you imagined that? Such a kid. I sighed at that.
'We're here' she said while open the door car for me. I'm glaring at her and she just give her charming smile. As we enter the market I felt something wrong. I felt someone watching us and my instinct is true when all the girls' eyes landed on Amber. Oh my god, are they checking her out. I told you right. She will attract all those girls attention. That's why I don't like what is she wearing now.
'I've told you do not wearing this cloth. Look all eyes are on you. ' I whisper to her and she scratched her head sheepishly and whisper back to me 'And what about your fanboys there' I followed her gaze and saw a bunch of boys look at me intently. Okay, we were in same state. Quickly I drag her away.
After 30 minutes we roaming around I can see her bored face. 'See I told you. You bored already' I said to her and she shake her head 'No, I don't bored. I'm happy to accompany you. Look' she showing her fake smile to me. I sighed at her and continued to search another ingredients.
'Krystal look I have a red cheeks' she said cutely while put a red tomato between her cheeks. 'Haha so cute' I laughing while pinch her cheeks. Oops, wrong step! I saw her cheeks really turn to that red tomato. She looking another way avoiding my gaze. I chuckled at that and leave her alone.
Amber's POV
'Erkk...' I make a screech sound and stop in front of Krystal after I run with the trolley. I admitted I'm really bored right now but I can't show it in front of her. I had promised. If not she will strangled me into death. ' Amber, stop! You act like a child' she said while glaring at me. Scared of it, I stop from what I am doing right now and look at her admiringly. 'What? ' she ask fiercely. 'Nothing, I just staring at my beautiful wife. ' I said cheesily and she look away after that.
'Amber? ' suddenly I heard someone calling my name. 'Suzy? ' as I looked at the source of sound, I heard Krystal said her name surprisingly. I facepalmed myself. Why now?
'Why you didn't tell me that you still contact with her? ' Krystal ask as we heading to her parent house while cross her arm around her chest. 'Contact who?' I pretend innocent as I want avoided her further question 'Don't act fool Amber. Tell me, how long? ' she said while her eyes still focus on the road. 'Look, I didn't contact her at all, she is my co-worker. Yes my co-worker. A new investor in my company' I said scaredly. 'Why you didn't tell me in the first place? ' she said in annoyance. 'Tell you? Should I? ' I said not knowing that she mad at me 'Okay fine. You should not. You can meet everyone you like include your worst EX. It's not my problem. Fine, I get it' she said with irritate face and said louder at the EX part. She looked outside the window. Oh my god, how I want to make up with her? I said in my mind while scratch my head out of frustration.
'Oh my daughter! ' Mama Jung said while hugging her beloved daughter while I'm carrying all the groceries alone. Yes, she told me to carry everything without help me. What a mean princess. 'Oh my god, my Amber. Why you carrying this alone. Let me help you' when I was about to handed the things, quickly Krystal drag her mom to the kitchen 'It's okay mom, let she carry everything' she said while glaring at me and leave me behind. Aishh, this girl. I must do something before it getting worst.
'Do you need a help? ' I asked Krystal while take a sit beside her. 'NO!' she said with a straight face. 'Oh come on Krystal, I'm sorry okay. After this I will tell you everything. Beside, she is nothing to me anymore.' I said with sad face. You know right when she mad it will be take a long time to ease her like the past when the scandal spreading like firework.
'I don't care. Go away, you disturbed me.' she push me away. Anyway I felt guilty about that. I brave myself and try to reach the onion 'Amber, I said NO! ' she half-shouted at me. Why she so mad at me? Are she jealous at Suzy? 'No, I want to help too. ' I said ignoring her glare 'Ouch.. ouch. Stop! Yah Krystal stop it. ' I said while protect my body from getting hit by her continuously. 'Yah Krystal, why you hitting your wife? Let she help you. ' Mama Jung said with warning in her voice. Well, if you said Jung sister is THE ICE PRINCESS. What can you expect from her mom. She stop hitting me and mutter under her breath 'PABO! ' I take the onion and start to peel it. Slowly I lean to her and whisper to her ear 'You jealous right? ' I said teasingly 'MOM look at her. She is teasing me. ' she yelled to her mom because annoyed with my statement. Haha, I laughed at her and Mama Jung just chuckle at our antic.
Aish, my eyes were itchy while I'm peel the onion. I put down the onion and rub my eyes 'OUCH! OUCH! OUCH! MY EYES' I yelped at that when I feel a sting in my eyes. Arghhh...' Oh my god Amber, are you okay? ' she asked worriedly. Thanks god, the sting disappeared quickly but I want to play along with it. 'Ouch my eyes Krystal. It's hurt' I yelled as I covered my eyes with my hand. She peel off my hand from my eyes and blew into my eyes. 'Are you okay now? ' she asked while still blew into my eyes 'It only okay if you forgive me' I said while act still in pain 'Okay I forgive you. Are you okay now? ' she said in panic without realizes that I prank her. After a second, something hit her mind. She stop from what she doing and look at me angrily 'YAH PABO! HOW DARE YOU PLAY ON ME' and smack my head hardly. I yawned at that but still manage to teasing her again 'Aigoo, thank you for forgive me. I knew you are always worried about me. ' I said and wink at her playfully. She act to focus on her work but I could saw her lips forming a smile. Haha, such a cute princess.
'Thank you for the dinner Papa Jung and Mama Jung. ' we bid a goodbye in unison and hug Papa Jung and Mama Jung. I think we are okay now because now she is sneaked her arm to mine happily while heading to our car .A big grin plastered on my face.
