Updated: Spelling Check
Okay, second chapter here we go!
There is a sex scene but it lacks in description.
Like I said in my last story, I'm not comfortable writing sex scenes so this is the best you're gonna get.
Anyway, I hope you like it.
----------------------Chapter two
18th of December 2014
It's the last day of school. Jared, every other year 12 students and I are 18 and we are all moving to the next step of our lives.
Most of us will be leaving this town to search for our dreams; some may already know their dreams and some, including me, will be staying to do something that we have always wanted.
Owning the caravan park has always been a family business and it just feels right to take over for my parents. Its home for me and there is no place I'd rather be but here.
I know some kids my age would be itching to leave but I've always known where my life was. I'm a family person. I want to maintain the caravan park with my parents, meet the right person, have kids, my parents can help me teach my kids to take care of the park and when my parents pass it will be mine, then when my husband and I die it will be my kids and so on.
It's just what feels right for me. It may not happen that way, honestly, life never follows your plan, but either way, I want a happy ending in that park with my friends and family surrounding me.
Jared, on the other hand, has been saying for the past few months that once school is finished he and his friends will be leaving to play gigs and try to be signed by some record agency.
It sucks that he wants to leave so soon but I have always supported his dreams and I'm not going to stop now.
The only good is that he isn't leaving until sometime tomorrow morning so he and the others will be able to go to the end of school party at Deans' huge farmhouse.
His parents have gone for a few months to visit his cousin somewhere in the city. He will be meeting up with them tomorrow.
He has such a huge paddock that he has three bonfires, five kegs and two stereos that are linked together so there is no echoing.
Mary had driven Luke, Nick, Sarah, Jared and I in her big blue Ford four-wheel drive but the boys had run off to get some beers while us girls mingle with the entire year 12 student body.
Well, Mary and Sarah mingle; I just try to blend in so no one tries to talk to me. If they don't notice me my friends won't try to set me up with anyone like they usually do.
Neither of them are virgins so I guess they think that I'm a little kid and helping me lose my V-Card will help me become a woman. They understand that I just haven't met the right guy to give it to but I think they are becoming impatient. Which is silly because it is my virginity and I'll give it to whoever I want, whenever I want. It doesn't have a time limit or expiration date so I have no idea why they are worrying so much.
Unfortunately, my attempt to try and blend in fails because not soon after Denis, a guy with black hair, green eyes, a wide chin and stands only a few inches taller than me start up a conversation.
"So you glad school is over? I know I am." He grins showing off his chipped front tooth.
I fake a smile but I don't think he notices.
"Yeah, I guess."
He moves closer to me so I take a step away and although he does continue to smile I can see he is annoyed.
