chapter 26

we started to get tired and cold, sean was carrying layla and hitoshi was holding my hand. "how far are we to the nearest town?" i asked. "we have roughly another three miles to walk before were there unless we can find a shortcut." hitoshi replied tired out of his mind. it was freezing in the forest and extremely quiet, we decided to sit down and rest for a while since we were only 3 miles away. i rested my head on hitoshi's lap and closed my eyes.

i woke up to hitoshi running through the forest with me in his arms, sean and layla were there to. "whats going on?!" panic flew through my blood as i heard running and shouting behind us. oh god tom found us, but how? the dogs were trained to be heart loving companions from hitoshi but i guess he knew what way we would've gone anyway. "were running away from that phsyco-path behind us!" he yelled loud enough for me to here that he was scared. we kept changing direction but started to slow down and come to a stop, "we cant continue running, we'll have to let him take us." layla cried "no were not giving up, we've came this far and look were almost at the station we need to continue, now." we kept walking, tom wasn't behind us anymore. i found this odd, i feel like he gave up like we were aboout to.

we stopped again but only for 5 minutes this time, we still had 1 mile and a half to walk. my hair was all over the place and makeup and dirt was smudged in different directions. but so was seans, his lipstick was faded and kind of smudged so was his eyeshadow and eyliner, hitoshi and layla on the other hand dont wear makeup but their hair looked the same as mine. we started to get closer and i could hear cars. i laughed in joy as we walked towards the town. walking down a busy street we got some pretty cold stares from alot of people especially mothers who kind of grabbed thier children to keep them away from us. i started to realise that we still had to walk another half a mile before we get to the station, layla started to walk by herslef and so did i. the police station was still ages away but we were almost there when a hand tapped me on the shoulder, i turned around to see lacy. "lacy!!! omg i miss you so much i never thought we'd make it out alive" i cry as i hugged her. lacy was speechless but she was also crying. "what happened?" she asked concerned and in shock at the same time. "long story short i got kidnapped, met layla, got sold to a farmer, met hitoshi, sean got kidnapped to and we have been planning our escape for ages now." i laugh. and we all make our way to the police station.....
