chapter 33

Sean walked through the door, he looked a wreck. I cupped my hands around my warm mug, that was rested on the table, I smiled at seann and he just walked into his room. Hitoshi walked over to me with a huge grin on his face and he sat beside me on the couch, "looks like sean had a busy night, i didnt think tyler would give in." He laughed. Hitoshi put his arm around me and i rested my head on his shoulder "dont worry we'll find ari, i promise." his voice was reassuring, i hoped we would find arizona but i knew she was gone, a tear fell down my face and i couldn't speak as the images of the young girl getting killed flew into my head, what if that was arizona? i thought. Suddenly the phone rang and i rushed to pick it up "hello." i said, my voice barely a whisper. "hello, Amy? its your mother, the plane is just leaving, im on my way." her voice joyful "thats brilliant!, but i wont be leaving straight away,  i need to find a friend, i need to go mum, bye i love you." i put the phone down and sat back on the couch. "whats wrong babe?" hitoshi asked, i replied with "nothing, well im just thinking... i dont want to go home until we find out where Arizona is. if she is still alive." Hitoshi put his hand on my shoulder as he stood up. "im going to have a shower and babe, you will- we will find her i promise." he smiled at me and i started gaining hope. 

Sean walked into the front room where i sat, he looked like he was about to cry "whats wrong Sean?" i asked sympathetically. "i made a mistake, a terrible one.... i..." he hugged me and i hugged him back "go on." i said still hugging him tightly "I... i slept with Tyler!" he cried into my shoulder, covering my grey pyjama shirt in eye-liner and lipstick "sean, you love him, its ok we all make mistakes but i dont think this was one, i think your just tired and confused and maybe a little bit drunk." i said with a smile on my face. "thanks girl, but i dont think he feels the same... can you pass me a tissue?" he said as i handed him the box of tissues "there's only one way to find out... lets go visit him!" i smiled. "are you crazy?." he glared at me annoyed and i smiled back "ugh fine, but im only doing this for you." he smiled at me and i hugged him again. "c'mon lets go." i said grabbing seans arm.

as we walked into the police department all of the staff stared at us, we ignored them and walked to the registration office, "can we see tyler please?" i smiled at the lady and she smiled back, "sure he'll be with you in a minute." we walked away and sat down next to a girl, she had dark red hair and looked like she had been living at the dump. she had cuts all over her and looked somewhat familiar. "are you amy?" she asked me. "uh... yeah, who are you?" i asked confused. "im adrianna, Arizona's younger sister." - "A- Arizona? have they found her? is she ok?" i asked now worried "no, not yet... she was the only sibling i could connect to out of seven, she was the only one who would sit there and listen to my problems, who would understand me but now shes.... gone." she said as a tears began to fall down her face, i placed my hand on her shoulder, " im sorry.... im sure we'll find her, I promised her i'd save her but... i couldn't go back there, now we have to go back to find her, to save her, to make sure she's ok." i smiled "dont worry, im here to help."

after  minutes of waiting, tyler finally showed! up, everyone now staring at him and muttering under their breathe but he didn't care, he walked up to sean and smiled, sean leant foward and kissed him. "hey how are you?" tyler asked sean, "im great, thanks, you?" he replied, "im not too bad." they kissed again "i need to sort out a very improtant case right now so i'll ring you later sean, ok?" he asked, "ok, talk to you later." tyler walked off and sean winked at me "see i told you!, i knew he felt the same way about you." i laughed and hugged him "thanks amy." he replied and we both walked home...
